In-house Patent Attorney (100%) As a member of the Patent and Design Rights team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks with respect to intellectual property matters, including patentability assessments, drafting, filing and prosecuting of patent and design applications, handling of opposition and re-examination proceedings, providing Freedom-to-Operate analyses and IP advice to the marketing, purchasing, R&D and legal department. You will also be involved in our strategic invention activities, IP trainings as well as in drafting and negotiating of IP contracts. We are looking for a service-oriented, flexible and open minded professional with a technical background and at least three years experiences in the prosecution of patent and design rights, qualified as European patent attorney or having successfully passed a part of the European qualifying examination.
