Q: What should I do if the remote control is unresponsive when I try to use it?
Q: How can I create a multi-party conference?
A: The maximum operating distance of the remote control is 6 meters. The remote control performance may also be affected by bright light. Point it at the infrared sensor on the camera.

Q: How can I install the Air Content Sharing client? A: On your computer, open a web browser and enter the endpoint IP address in the address bar, then press Enter. Click Download Air Content Sharing in the upper left corner to download the Air Content Sharing client. Then install it as prompted.
Q: How can I access the Conference Schedules window? A: Press on the remote control to bring up the conferencing screen. Then press the left or right arrow key to access the Conference Schedules window.
