⋄ Stochastic seismic inversion in a stratigraphic grid (GeoSI) Part of the HampsonRussell commercial software suite, GeoSI aims at generating a high number of stochastic realisations of elastic impedances, constrained by seismic data, well measurements and geostatistical constraints. Role: project leader & main developer. ⋄ Integration of 3D seismic and micro-seismic data New experimental workflows and software are developped internally to try and bridge the gap between conventional 3D seismic and derived elastic attributes, and passive seismic monitoring systems. Role: project leader & main developer. ⋄ Connectivity analysis from stochastic seismic inversion results To exploit the results of stochastic inversion and integrate them in reservoir models, new tools are developed to build lithofacies models from realisations and characterise the static and dynamic connectivity of the resulting models. Role: project leader & developer. ⋄ Quantitative integration of stochastic seismic inversion results Generating seismic-based impedance models is of no use if these models are not properly integrated in the existing geological or reservoir models. This integration requires handling complex problems, including time-to-depth conversion, calibration with existing petrophyical well logs, resampling and upscaling. Role: project leader. ⋄ PhD thesis (numerical geology, gOcad Research Group) on 3D-Parameterisation of the Geological Space in Sedimentary Geology, advised by Pr. Jean-Laurent Mallet. The GeoChron project, a 3D-parameterisation algorithm, is an implicit structural modeling framework with applications in property modeling, geostatistics, stress analysis and seismic interpretation. It is used in the Paradigm SKUA geomodelling software.
