Hartwell House Hotel, Restaurant and Spa Full Wine List ~ May 2017
The continuing evolution of the Hartwell House wine list gives us a great challenge, and indeed pleasure, in sourcing and tasting wines to ensure we have both balance and harmony throughout the old world to the new. Although we have a page dedicated to the cellarman’s choice, we also continue this theme throughout our list, highlighting wines of particular merit and interest, as a guide to helping you choosing the right wine to accompany your meal.
ALLERGENS AND SPECIAL DIETS: Although we offer a selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines, it should be assumed that all wines on this list contain sulphur dioxide.

CELLARMAN'S CHOICE Our seasonal Cellarman’s choice focuses on wines and vineyards located by the great rivers of France. These rivers are the arteries by which the produce of France has been transported for over 1,000 years. These featured wines would have been shipped to the great cities and beyond, establishing an ever increasing consumption and indeed enjoyment and pleasure for millions throughout the world and now for us to enjoy.
