To know and to dare. The early 21th century opened on a statement of a caused societal crisis which impacts, directly or indirectly, almost every nation of the world. And which can drive to a global cataclysm. Two phenomena are particularly active : on one side, plutocrats and accomplice political leaders constituted a predator ensemble which wants, despite its proven failure, to continue to impose in the entire world. And on the other hand, abrahamic theocrats, obsessed by their myths, still try, them too, to impose everywhere they can. All of them subvert essential societal structures. Their activity causes civil wars, religious wars, wars of predation, ruins, and a disintegration of the world societal tissue. Plutocracy and theocracy oppose to democracy, laical public-spirited concept which puts obstacle in their activity; they tolerate only some corrupted forms of it, as far as they can abuse it. They are serious illnesses of the human societal body, which weaken its evolution and its cohesion. As dangerous one as the other, each of these diseases, having already infected approximately a quarter of the world's population, continues to try to spread on the rest of the world, as long as it still can. And their anti-societal and anti-democratic virulence is aggravated by a paradoxical casual collusion between their reciprocal hegemonic tendencies. But parts no yet contaminated of the world's population do not want to suffer from any of these diseases, or from any other. This is the case of the huge ensemble of atheists, agnostics, seculars, humanists, and of peoples heirs of Asian philosophical traditions (Buddhism, Hinduism, Confucianism, etc). And more generally, it is the case of all who, internal hostages of the opposing hegemonic entities, are helpless victims of the societal disease which prevails there. The whole of Humanity cannot however be forced to have to choose only between plutocracy and theocracy, as aforetime between plague and cholera. This would seriously underestimate the natural capacity of survival of the human species, which pushes it to collectively selfcorrecting, even at a cost of a high fever and a bitter purge, otherwise an amputation of its gangrened parts. So let’s make an inventory of the situation, and let’s see how Humanity can effectively cure these diseases.

A first observation : it is not necessary to adhere to a particular ideology or party to participate in the societal protection, for the general interest. Everyone can contribute to the general interest at his own level, according to his means, little brooks going to the same direction making finally great rivers, whose flood cannot be contained when it is really strong.

That is why the purpose of this book is to contribute to the strengthening and to the cohesion of a well informed and reactive collective brain, transnational, able of uniting a maximum of publicspirited brains in a free corrective flow, helping in the protection of the human societal body, and in the efficient cure of its ills. From there, this process of sharing of information, and of analysis, which addresses everyone, in a free way, non profit-making, and unrelated to any party or dogma, political or religious. It is necessary that the widest civic intelligence has the means to do a coherent global synthesis of this situation, allowing better situating and understanding its events, despite the rampant disinformation and propaganda. What is reported here is thus factual, based, verifiable. To the point that some too misinformed people may possibly be shocked, at their first reading of this book. But it is unfortunately not a political fiction. After reflection, checking, re-reading, they will probably agree better to see a reality which is already vain, anyway, to imagine being able to escape or ignore. Because too many interests, and forces got uncontrolable, apply in order that the situation degenerates. This is therefore what can occur sooner or later. And that is why, while it is still possible, a social vigilance of general interest must be organized, preparing to save what can be saved, and to rebuild what will be to rebuild.

The need of a reaction of societal self-defense. In this early 21st century, a devastating civil explosion prepares in more and more countries, and this phenomenon will also affect Europe and North America, whose civil societies have been as much undermined as ruined. More generally, a multifaceted war between the major nations of the world is in the making. In fact, the bigger part of Humanity goes through a chaos of everyone against everyone and each one for himself, in a fierce competition exacerbated by predatory minorities who speculate on their presumed ability to manipulate this chaos, by intervening in order that it remains dirigible according to their interests. What is a highly uncertain and risky bet. Because the subversion of the culture and economy of many peoples by plutocratic predatory lobbies, the abrahamic religious corrosion, the treason of a big part of leading notables, generated an uncontrollable explosive societal situation. Unfortunately, we shall probably not avoid this explosion, and its cascade of consequences. But a powerful citizen reaction will have to avoid that it is irreparable. Because it will be necessary then to reconstruct a more coherent and reassuring world human society, capable of avoiding a backsliding. It to what contributes also the great natural project explained by eco-humanism, modern outcome of the historic humanism well tuned to our environment. A project of development and survival of a modern Humanity which has no other choice, henceforth, than a corrective reaction of general interest. Otherwise …

The world societal situation : from nightmare to waking. In the 21st century, all over the world, and especially in the Occident, many populations are disorientated, orphans of their traditional marks, in stress, in social and societal depression. And many people react in an ineffective way. Like in a bad dream, while tensions rise everywhere, they are just trying to live their last moments of relative prosperity by diverting their gaze from approaching threats, as resigned to their impotence. Disinformated, they understand wrongly the disorder and the conflictivity which settled down. Their values, and their taught certainties, do not explain this situation. They feel betrayed, non protected by their public authorities, but they don’t feel capable of protecting themselves, being not able to overcome their divisions, their induced oppositions, and the seizure of their collective will. Effective remedies of general interest exist nevertheless, a first emergency treatment being to strengthen, in every affected nation, information, direct democracy, cohesion, and self-sufficiency. However, in most of the affected communities, ensembles oppose to others, and in each ensemble, other ensembles oppose to others, and so on, for the sole benefit of manipulative minorities who consider themselves capable of taking advantage of the chaos they generate. And a heavy deficit of information and education does not allow correcting enough this situation. Many people thus seem waiting with fatalism for an explosion of violence, but without knowing how to survive it, and without being ready to reconstruct. They stay in a nightmare where they will be ruined, with cities ravaged by hyper-violent hordes, and territories possibly annihilated by weapons of mass destruction. What is possible, and even probable, if all this continues. In this nightmare, the world is a victim of the hypocritical complicity of totalitarian ideologies and predatory organizations, which prevent the subdued human beings from getting organized effectively in the general interest, and which lead them to a disaster. 8

In many places, while a plutocratic predatory entity undermines and weakens the societal defenses of peoples which it plunders, a theocratic entity takes advantage of this weakening to strengthen its grip. The main undermined societal defenses are the ethnocultural homogeneity, and the civic and political reactivity. The plutocratic entity plunders the resources and the wealth of many victims, including those subverted by the theocratic entity, and both collaborate occasionally to reach their main goals, financial domination for the first one, religious domination for the other. Without scruples, they manipulate the most corrosive means and internal structures to undermine the resistances of concerned peoples. However, the worst can never be written beforehand, and a disaster can be prevented, and damages can be reduced, by a sufficient reaction of the threatened beings and populations. Because rather than be kept by a fatalistic sinistrose, it is better to react usefully as long as it is still possible. We can go out of a nightmarish situation by choosing a better scenario, and by realizing it. For that purpose, it is as much necessary to dare to know as to know to dare. It is what favors for more than 26 centuries a deep cultural movement without borders, which gradually strengthened with the contributions of great thinkers of diverse origins, and which incites to a conservation of the human species by a collective intelligence, in a resilient societal organization (*1) where the well socialized human being, free in body and mind, is protected and co-decision-maker. Called humanism for a long time, its most structured modern expression is eco-humanism. This strong cultural corpus has already survived the accidents of every epoch, and today it contributes, in a particularly convenient and useful way, to that every free human being has the means to know, and to dare, as much in his own interest as in the general interest of Humanity. What can help to make good choices when the situation becomes critical. (*1)

The concept of resilience qualifies, both for individuals and for communities, their capacity to bear the impacts and the accidents of their existence, by an efficient adaptive reactivity.

What do you feel about this worst scenario? Imagine a predatory sect which would take for model a multi-recidivist murderer without scruple nor mercy, a violent looter, liar, cheater, an illiterate but cunning brute, utilizing all the underlying animal instincts of a badly socialized human behavior. This sect would have as goal a domination of the entire world and a forced conversion to its simplistic rules, where it would be forbidden to think freely and differently of those rules, and where the culture and human future would be reduced to learning by heart and apply these rules . Imagine another predatory sect whose models and members would be crooks and monopolizers without scruples nor pity, who would appropriate by stealth, swindle, division, threat, and the right of the strongest, most of the wealth of the biotope and of the society, and who would use this accumulated wealth to corrupt, bribe, coerce, most of the societal powers. Its rule would be a permanent fierce competition where could survive and thrive only its own models, predators without scruples nor pity, without regard to the balances of the biotope and of the human society. These two sects, despite their differences, would colaborate paradoxically on the occasion in their conquest of more and more resources, each one in its domain, and the result would be ruin and destruction for every attacked part of Humanity. For the free human beings, to survive it would obviously require to react and fight, as long as they still can. Because out of necessity, and permanently, the community of the free human beings is in legitimate self-defense against what can destroy it, ability to survive being an essential quality of any living organism.

You, for example, do you feel free and able to survive? In such a nightmare, would you be ready to react? You would do what? With whom? But maybe you enjoy being afraid in a bad dream? Otherwise, wake up and look around you if others have the same problem as you. Together, you could imagine other possibilities. If fiction can become reality, and reality can exceed fiction, you would be better prepared to react. What do you think about it?

… and what do you feel about this better scenario ? Imagine a society of human beings free in their bodies and minds, mutualizing wisely their resources to be stronger and happier together, and to better survive so in their environment. That is to say human beings who, aiming at the improvement and at the happiness of their society, would courageously protect their society and their environment, by applying among them rules of permanent autocorrection and justice. They would constitute a proactive and resilient society having known how to pass from a status of wild competition, tribalism and clannishness predation, to a status of intelligent cooperation, federating their most constructive diversities. In this society, you would be simply happy. And you would be obviously ready to defend it. Returning to reality, look around you if others did not make a similar dream. There also, together, you might want to fulfil this dream, because a better society is possible, it is not a utopia, it is in the natural sense of human evolution. Foundations and future of such a society were evoked by many sages of the humanist, then eco-humanist, historical current of thought. A universal multicultural current, which explains that not to undergo a nightmarish scenario, it is worth to wake up and begin to build a true society of progress, as soon as possible, and as bravely as possible.

One of the main obstacles to the societal improvement is plutocracy, a phenomenon become quasi maffia-style. Plutocracy (ruling power, or even dictatorship, of the richest minority) is a form of oligarchy which makes reference to an antique Greek god, Ploutos, mythical god of the wealth, considered as having no limit in the search and increase of profit. Monopolizing always more of common wealth, modern plutocrats perpetuate without scruples the insatiable greed of their model. And this, in an often sneaky way, because even if their names appear in the ranking of the biggest world fortunes (Rothschild, Rockefeller, etc.), their real activity is hidden in the opaque activity of big banks and business cartels, and their public interface is often the one of the high political and business officials who are at their service as executive intermediaries. This worldwide plutocratic set is mainly activated by private entrepreneurial forces (merchant, industrial, and above all, financial) and dominated by its occidental decision-makers, mainly Anglo-American, but become stateless. It is schematically structured in a central core of around thirty families or clans, driven by a first active circle of about 6.000 persons combined in diverse groups, lobbies, and cartels, then relieved by a cosmopolitan reservoir-circle of about 8 to 10 million persons. The whole constitutes de facto a world super-class, stateless, since the middle of the 20th century. Its development is marked by a supremacy of the private contract over the general interest, by a hegemonic tendency, and by a separation and a sociocultural apartheid from the rest of the population, whose resilience and legitimate protective societal frameworks are preventively undermined. A declaration of David Rockefeller (co-founder of the group of Bilderberg, president of Chase Manhattan Bank, etc.) on June 6th, 1991 to the group of Bilderberg, is edifying in this topic : "The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries ". In front of the natural reactivity of populations, this plutocracy can operate only by organizing in its own profit a free private appropriation of means of production and distribution, and a merchandising of the maximum possible resources, in an ad-hoc accounting and legal framework, imposed by a powerful coercitive organization. 12

That is why it manipulates established authorities, political, judicial, financial, and media, in a framework protected by an armed mercenariate of public and private forces. As long as this mercenariate remains enough paid and structured, and as long as the associated authorities see interest to collaborate with what enriches them, the ploutocratic predation can continue. But if its financial organization collapses, and so its protection cannot be any more paid, such a system disintegrates.And this phenomenon is already started. As long as they still can, the decision-makers of this system thus try to take advantage at most of the powers that they granted to themselves on the human society, by exercising it according to their own rules and goals, managing it among their co-opted pseudo-elite, in internal relations nevertheless marked by rivalry and right of the strongest. Living at the expense of the human society, and against the general interest, they constitute a form of noxious societal parasitism, claiming to act paradoxically for the collective salvation; a disease disguised in remedy. Although proclaiming in particular that politics must be governed by virtue, and that virtue does not know interest, they prefer to interest virtue, in a profitable sense for their interests, rather than to disinterest politics. Their machinery of profit entails about fifty very powerful financial groups, multiplied in some 750 subgroups, which control approximately 35.000 transnational big companies, of which plutocrats appropriate up to 95 % of incomes, in a gigantic organized private plunder of the world public resources. Their most lucrative coup is to have imposed the currency (US dollar) of their main private bank (the US “Federal Reserve”) as world dominant currency. To last, plutocrats subvert political powers, and instrument religious powers, what is well illustrated by the famous motto : " God and my right ", recalling that their particular right is often imposed and officialized with the auxiliary God, in this specific case the god of Abraham. This motto is the one of the main keepnet of Atlanticist plutocracy, the English monarchy, since the 15th century. Many plutocrats justify thus their acts by exploiting biblical references retouched by their main components, Protestant, Jewish, and English-masonic, operating in groups and lobbies such as the Jewish order B'nai Brith lodges (since 1843), the Round Table (since 1891), the Pilgrim’s Society (since 1903), the Council of Foreign Relations (since 1921), the group of Bilderberg (since 1954), the Trilateral Commission (since 1973), and numerous other less known as United World Federalists, Atlantic Union, Citizens Council, Foreign Policy Association, etc. But all this can last only until the societal legitimacy of Humanity begins to restore and asks for accounts. And that is exactly what is on its way.

Let us see now reality as it is, and let us dare to call a spade a spade. Since the middle of the 20th century, leaned on their main financial centers of London and New York, powerful western plutocratic lobbies tried to take advantage everywhere, including in their own support-societies, of a subdued workforce, paid the least possible, and they tried to prevent revolts against their predatory system. They undermined for that the homogeneity, the resilience, and the citizen reactivity of many peoples, including occidental, which had been having until then a protective ethnocultural cohesion. Besides weakening traditional cultural bases, these lobbies organized a conflictive mixture of opposite populations, mainly by means of massive migratory movements, bringing a cheap workforce and an identitarian dilution. In addition, the abrahamic religiosity was strongly put under stress and instrumented, particularly Islam (deified agent of "submission") : a caused wave of unassimilable Muslim immigration unfurled over non-muslim civil societies, and everywhere Islam served as anti-communist instrument. Then, after the dying out of communism, western plutocrats tried to appear hypocritically as a solution against the Islamic corrosion which they had activated. They organized for it since 2001 a wannabe international crusade against the Islamic terrorism, aiming in fact retive Muslim countries of which they wanted to plunder and to control the resources, while letting deliberately the victim civil societies, especially in Europe, battling against the provoked internal Islamic corrosion. The risky bet of these plutocratic lobbies was to speculate on their long-term capacity to control at the same time Islamist forces, weakened citizen forces, and emergent rival nations, thanks to a financial, military, and police superiority, and to diverse influential political and media obligees. Now, their financial system having led to a quasi-fraudulent bankruptcy, they can less and less pay, and interest enough, the means, military, police, political, and media, necessary for their manoeuvres. Their exutory is thus a flight forward in coups, firstly preventive, then in-extremis, without limit in violence. From then on, the worst becomes probable, what a part of the concerned civil populations began to understand, especially since 2008, deducting that the general interest implies from now on a reactive self-defence.

In several countries, a reaction thus got organized, against the ploutocratic corruption, and also against the Islamic submission, which multiplies its preachers, its jihadist mosques and madrasas, recruiting up to the ethnico-religious bunches and gangs of new immigration ghettos, helped occasionally by leftist groups and parties, last disorientated orphans of communism, paradoxically reduced to help their worst enemies to present Islam as a harmless unrecognized religion. A self-fed cycle of civil confrontation was started. From Europe to America, most impacted territories, more than 200 anti-Islamic and anti-plutocratic organizations were publicly constituted, and got organized in interconnected networks, capable of interacting politically and by media. In addition, several hundreds of patriotic local or national groups formed, in an occult or clandestine way, getting ready for possible violent confrontations. Very diverse volunteers joined them, mixing supporters of sports clubs, military reservists and policemen, committed students, disenchanted unemployed persons, etc., gathered by a strong identitarian feeling in spite of their disparities, and whose determination is at least as strong as the one of the jihadists. They are not isolated: a major new pole of resistance, Russia, gives them more than a glimmer of hope. As soon as a critical mass of population will enter in active self-defence, we can forecast very hard shocks, last-ditchers, whose strings of events and consequences are unpredictable, especially in a situation of generalized economic ruin.

An American general, commander-in-chief of NATO forces in Europe, Wesley Clark, had declared during the Kosovo War in 1999: " Europeans have to abandon any idea of national homogeneity and accept one way or another interbreeding and diversity, because it is the course of history ". Most of politicians of the European Union complied with these requirements.

An important point: in this analysis, it is necessary to not confuse the essential element and the accessorial. Whatever is the apparent complexity of the current situation, it is necessary to avoid in particular reducing causes to simple geostrategic manoeuvres of the moment. Of course, reacting to an increasing shortage of natural resources, especially in key domains such as fossil hydrocarbons, metals, rare earths, the strongest and the most pushful nations try to position, each one better than the others, on the fields of strategic raw materials, and try to eliminate their competitors from it. What explains partly the current tensions and confliction. But even if obvious macroeconomic considerations govern the geostrategic choices of the dominant nations, it is necessary to understand that the main problem of the world human community is from now on to survive to deep societal diseases whose consequences are heavier than the momentary geostrategic operations, and escape more and more the control of the manipulators who started them. Having said that, let us see more exactly about what it is, the risks which ensue from it, and the possible means of correction. For this, I propose firstly 4 texts published during year 2011 in diverse web sites and specialized magazines. I wrote these texts in immediate reaction to the known events. The events which followed, unfortunately, confirmed my analysis. Judge it yourself. Because the societal diseases which cause that send more and more of their metastases to contaminate all the human collective body, it is necessary to react effectively while it is still possible. Even if the probability of violent disaster is about nine chances out of ten, one chance out of ten for a better fate is worth being considered in such a situation. For that purpose, it is necessary to escape from the disinformation and propaganda of the current dominant manipulators at bay, and from their disrupting background noise, sneakily maintained, of the factual reality, which cause a global incoherent appearance of information, helping them to hide and to falsify the real impulses of these events and manoeuvres. The villainous combination of these phenomena hampering most of reinformation attempts, both in analysis and in broadcasting, the interest of this book is to contribute to reveal nevertheless the artifices, and the real stakes, of this situation, by helping in particular to differentiate the essential and the accessorial, and the truth from the forgery.

Occident and Islam: the next worldwide shock. And then ? In 2011, the worldwide competitive tensions became more and more dangerously unstable and aggressive. Between 2008 and 2011, artificial monetary operations of the USA and of the European Union allowed restarting provisionally the economy of occidental dominant countries, but it is only a palliative. In fact, all this situation is critical, and the main occidental governments have no more solutions but to fly forward in position of force, in order to overcome the collapse of their economy and of their support- societies, overexploited, destructured, weakened, in stress. They still have means for it, but time is counted. Unbridled public deficits allowed them to feed provisionally strategical budgetary reserves, allowing a financing of operations against other countries, in the logic of the next programmed strikes. Since 2001, the targets are firstly in the Islamic conglomerate, then by extension, China and Russia. It was already clear that as soon as the USA would have interest in it, and as soon as they will have no more utility of a contained situation of the Islamized community, they could launch there sociopolitical disturbances, then a globalized confrontation, from which they are ready to take advantage. By instrumentalizing some Sunni factions, they prepared the terrain so that Sunni and Shia States and populations confront one another, selfdestructing in all or part, from the inside, the whole Muslim reactive dangerousness. What are the forces in presence? On one hand, there is an Islamized conglomerate, which was formerly offensive and conquering, but which was reduced by the main occidental nations, and which bears badly to be inferiorized and mistreated while it consider itself, by divine right, as master of the world, and spiritually superior of any other. Opposite, there are powerful plutocratic lobbies, in majority of Judaeo-Christian culture, of which fundamental Islam threatens openly their support-societies, as well as the existence of the modern state of Israel, become particularly conflictogenic. 17

And above all, some Muslim countries have natural resources coveted by these lobbies. The ambition and the determination of occidental plutocrats are as strong as those of Muslim fundamentalists, but plutocrats manipulate Muslim factions so that they serve the occidental interests against resistant sociopolitical systems, and against States -including Muslim- too much resilient. Finally, the dominating occidental governments have interest, economically and politically, in a widened conflict, as long as they are enough strong to expect to win at it. New troubles therefore have just been started in 2011. Very few people know yet exactly by whom, and in this domain, the first appearances can be misleading, but such concomitant and similar events in different countries cannot be due only to chance. The big worldwide Stock Markets did not panic in front of these first troubles, what points out that main financial operators knew that all of this went in a beneficial direction for occidental governments. It doesn't matter then what part launched the operations of destabilization of the aimed Muslim countries, since, anyhow, Atlanticist plutocratic lobbies cannot let the situation go against them. They have to keep the events in a way useful for them, and in this case, their interest is in an advance of abused Islamic fundamentalists, instituting a law (sharia) undermining modern progress where it is rife, and without alliance to fear between the subverted countries and organisations, considering their historical endemic oppositions. At the same time, is fermenting within several occidental countries a more and more radical anti-Islamic popular reaction, against Islamized immigrant minorities, letting fear very hard clashes, and justifying a reinforced police supervision of the concerned societies, with strong restrictions of freedom reducing political oppositions. A backflow of jihadist immigrants, consecutive of the new Great Middle-East conflicts, can constitute the last straw that breaks the camel's back for the islamic problem in Europe. Europe which is going probably to have to bear in its detriment a heavy charge of the adventure, allowing once again to the US leading lobbies to keep the leading role of an occidental alliance preserving the force and benefits of Atlanticist plutocrats. The logical interest of the implicated lobbies and occidental special services is then to encourage the strongest non-Arab Muslim countries, such as Iran, and then Pakistan, or even Turkey, to take advantage of the situation to try to take opportunely a Pan-Islamic regional leading role. of an increasing occidental anti-Islamism, to canalise an aggressive Islamic alliance against occidental powers, until everything goes too far into higher bid and threat, notably against Israel. This will justify retaliatings from occidental governments, but at lesser risk, since traditional contentious matters, cracking down in Arab and non-Arab Muslim countries, and between Shia and Sunni, limit the real dangerousness and the effectiveness of a possible common Pan-Islamic front. Besides, the aspiration for a secular democracy according to the occidental model, which could in other conditions reinforce some societies in these countries, is only a decoy made for dividing them, by its opposition with the foundations and ambition of an uncompromising Islamic community in full provoked strengthening, contesting the lack of exemplarity of the current occidental pseudo-democracy undermined by its plutocrats. Iran and Pakistan, temporarily supported by China, by Russia, and by other emergent nations, have powerful military means, including nuclear, operated by well organized and motivated armies. But these means, even allied, are inferior of those of occidental governments, of which their flight forward to strikes and coups, to adventures and violent outlets, is unfortunately a condition of survival of the dominant declining capitalist system. Therefore, this end justifies the means. That is why, historically, and especially since the 20th century, the greed of occidental plutocratic lobbies caused so often an inequitable taking over of natural geostrategical resources of weakened countries, as well as a temporary artificial relaunchings of occidental economies by military expenses and adventures, all this with a sociopolitical weakening, and an authoritarian supervision of civil societies, to not upset these adventures, and their misleading mediatized staging. Plutocrats, and their linked politico-economic elites, know that in their own exploited civil societies, but also in those of their emergent rivals, if the main social groups are enough misinformed and mobilized to oppose ones to others, they can be all the less mobilized to oppose to real dominating powers. Manipulators therefore organise preventively tensions in this aim, by weakening and by dividing the aimed autochthonous societies, notably by ethnocultural destabilizations which can opportunely be getting violent. In case of open confrontation, military and police forces are ready to intervene to restore the order and the interests which are of benefit of the real dominants, on pretext of a defence of legality and of public order.

This time, it seems very difficult to stop this destructive chaining before reason become imperative out of necessity, that is to say before clashes produce such impacts and traumatisms that an awareness of the concerned populations limits interdestructions. But in which reactive state will be these involved populations, after their suffered stresses? Sooner or later, nothing guarantees that they will not rebel in an incoherent way against the societal models which led them to disaster, and that they will not settle exceedingly at this occasion their internal Community tensions. The problem, when violence is no longer contained, is that nobody knows to where it will go, and who it will touch most. Manipulators themselves are not shielded from that. Even if they are still dominating, the power of Western governments is not limitless. The more they weaken their societal internal cohesion, the more their economic strength diminishes, and the less their power remains projectable. And time runs against them. They have some reserves, since Europeans could notably constitute a community of culture and strategical interests with Russians, with whom they could organise a powerful allied block. But by competing so with the American leading role, this would increase intra-occidental competitive tensions, and the fragility of the whole. An unstable occidental group which has, from now on, new redoubtable potential adversaries, whose reactions are unforeseenable, according to the course of events, what makes aleatory any flight forward. The developed Asiatic countries, mainly China, know that they became the major rivals, or even the future adversaries, of occidental governments. Yet, Asians note that occidental support-populations suffer a heavy decline, demographic, cultural, ideological, political, and economic, even if their governments remain provisionally dominant on military and financial domains. The Asian interest is therefore to weaken the main occidental governments, and to undermine their means everywhere it is possible, to balance the powers ratio in case of open confrontation. The US military apparatus has known points of fragility in electronics and in logistics, and it bears difficultly its long distant operations. China improves its armament, and when it will have reached its threshold of internal selfsufficiency, its economy will be capable of supplanting that of the USA. Opportunities of preventive reaction being reducing for the US decision-makers, their problem is to not lose their strategic initiative, and to be able to react before they have no more enough forces and means. Managing to their advantage the preliminary islamic destabilization is so a major stake for them, before they have no more enough reserves to confront 20

China directly, possibly allied with other Asian countries, and with Russia. But in all ways, an enlarged confrontation remains the final option, or even the privileged outlet, of the US decision-makers and of their occidental allies, speculating on their not-conventional military technology, which gives them more means than necessary to destroy all or part of Humanity on the Earth. Being in flight forward to confrontation, the rest of the world can fear the worst in such context, up to a violent destruction of a part of Humanity (already envisaged by their strategists). Is there some way to avoid or to attenuate such a disaster? Perhaps, because the worst is never systematically sure, and nothing can be written beforehand, in a world subjected to random and to accident, but where the human collective will can change at any time the trajectory of its evolution. An efficient solution would be that the occidental society, before it is too late, has a salutary autoprotection reflex, by re-appropriating itself its decision-making legitimacy confiscated by plutocratic lobbies, and by surviving the forces which want to corrupt it or to destroy it, in order then to be able, without cowardice, to reject wild competition, to the advantage of cooperation, and to avoid a violent conflict with other big worldwide communities which do not attack it. This can succeed if it is accompanied by a deep societal reform, notably aiming at instituting a well arbitrated direct democracy, preventing, and making not transmissible, any behaviour and dogma, notably religious, which except cases of legitimate reaction in defence of fundamental rights and of the general interest, encourage in violence and in conflict by their principles or their practice. And also any societal behaviour opposed to the necessary global cohesion of the human species. The fundamental principles of such reform, which do not limit at these first measures, and which concern all worldwide collectivities, are clearly integrated into the great human project carried by modern eco-humanism, inheritance of more than 26 centuries of ripening of a humanism based on the salutary power of our collective intelligence. Geopolitics of identitarian reactions. The european exemple.

Europe, former worldwide dominant power, entered in its 21th century confronted with particularly worrying threats for its security and its stability, while its political and economic union was undermined. During the first half of the previous century, it had been weakened by two big fratricidal wars among its States, against their common interest. It had come out from that divided, and dependent on its main rivals, the USA, beneficiaries of this weakening, and economically dynamized by wars opportunely driven far from their territory. For 1970s, a new systemic worldwide socioeconomic deterioration has been borne, relaunching a need to pull not only Europe, but the whole occidental development, by every possible means, still including as previously an artificial conflictivity and an increasing exploitation of new resources, and of dominated productive forces. What many people are unaware, is to what point this situation was villainously organised. It is linked to a plutocratic predation in large scale, knowingly financed by abusive and insolvent debts, fictitious currency made official, and forged business of speculative assets. Knowing that all this could not last, the problem of the Atlanticist lobbies which organised it was to manage the conditions of a final bankruptcy, from where themselves and their controled States would go out, anyway, to their advantage. It was clear that all means, including the worst, would be used to exploit until the end this organised bankruptcy. Besides imposing new iniquitous rules, the involved plutocrats will use their ultimate means, notably military, to try to reduce more, or to take, the resources of their rivals and of other weaker nations, preferring reigning over ruins, but continuing dominating anyway as long as they can. The situation in Europe results from these manoeuvres. A part of the European proletariat, enriched during 3 decades since 1945, had joined the middle class. Atlanticist plutocrats decided to replace it with a new proletariat as less demanding and organized as possible, which was imported from former colonized countries whose development remained deficient or prevented.

Favoured by political leaders and businessmen, and by important social allowances, a massive African and oriental immigration then moved. The first immigrant wave has temporarily fulfliled its objectives of working force, without causing serious social tensions. But children of immigrants born in European soil, and families which continued joining the first arrived without having assured jobs, caused more and more problems. Especially, the Islam accompanying predominantly this allochtonous population being fundamentally incompatible and controversial with the occidental democratic life, it resulted from it a non-integration, a civil violence, and an aggressive challenge against the traditional values of native Europeans within their historical fatherland. This process was instrumentalized. Because this weakening of cultural marks and of social links temporarily contributed to attenuate and to divert the attention of occidental public opinions about their organised ruin, fed by a conjunction of uncontrolled financial speculation, unsustainable public debts, and villainous shortage, in a generalised wild competition, casualizing as much the middle classes as the lower classes to the advantage of the predatory plutocracy which organises it, from the financial places of London and of New York, with support of accomplice politicians, betraying the general interest. But a reaction started. Anxious and stressed, native European populations less and less agreed to share their reduced resources with alien populations challenging and preventing the traditional European way of life. And European identitarian forces and movements got organised, principally since 2008, as much in reaction to the rising subversive threat of Islam in Occident, as in reaction to the action of the predatory lobbies which cause this global societal disaster. Eyes having opened, one phenomenon no longer overshadowed the other. Who are these reactive identitarians ? Some groups are new, while others are former political structures having been sometimes opponents or rivals. But they are not this time populist organisations exploiting a knee-jerk protest of temporary difficulties. We see a deep popular mobilisation of which identitarian organizations contribute to organise and to inform, without hierarchy. This new identitarian force gather diverse currents from right to left, sometimes formerly rivals, but from now on allied against their most obvious common threats. We can see, in this mosaic, patriots, linking various Christians and traditionalists, sovereignists, protectionists, as well as some former 24

sobered up communists and leftists, and above all, many secular republicans and humanists. Mostly, they demand respect for their nation, for their public interest, and for the choice of quantity and quality of foreigners which they receive. Linking opportunely their means, attached to their cultural specificity both national and European, they react to revealed societal threats. Their diversity, federated in the name of a higher common interest gives them a collective power less detournable by external manipulators, who cannot easily infiltrate non-monolithic composite structures, oppose their known but compensated differences, and subvert the most motivated leaders. Struggling for their ethnocultural existence, these identitarians have very strong motivation and will. They mobilise a community uniting patriots of birth or/and heart, considered by their opponents as old fashion conservatives or as reactionary traditionalists, but who continue to found their nationality on filiation and integration, with a strong patriotic duty, and a cultural homogeneity without incompatible foreign communitarism, favouring their cohesion and the national interest. They oppose to manipulated internationalists, carriers of values and behaviours diluting the traditional national identity, considered as sold to predatory stateless interests, which reduce the national belonging in a simple formality of de facto residence, with few or no patriotic duties, and a multi-communitarized cultural heterogeneity preventing a cohesion of general interest. Pointing out a treason of political and intellectual mundialist pseudo-elites, and a generalised disinformation, these identitarians face notabilized political movements, formatted and interested in a development more quantitative than qualitative of the liberal economy and of foreign immigration, going to the direction of plutocratic interests, and which have at their disposal important means, especially political decision-making levers, funds, and propaganda possibilities by mainstream media, as long as this remains useful in the strategy of big lobbies. Identitarians react by using diversified sources of press and counterinformation, independent of mainstream press. Traffic and attendance of their web sites and blogs are intense. To reinforce their ramified territorial activity, they get organised and they communicate swiftly by Internet, they co-ordinate between their different implicated countries, and end up rallying in their cause journalists, intellectuals, political actors. Inside these groups or in parallel, structures of protection and intervention self-create, trained and motivated, capable of co-ordinating

if necessary as citizen's militias. From America to Europe, more than 200 entities were officially formed, and several hundred others illegally. And all that advances, Iceland, Hungary, Swiss, and other countries, publicly opening the way of a more legitimate democracy. It emerges from this, in a deep tendency to radicalization and militant organisation of forces, and in a confrontation logic, considered on both sides as unavoidable, that the exit of this historical phenomenon is unfortunately an episode of generalised European identitarian revolt, objective of which is on one hand an eradication of the Islamic threat, but also and above all a reappropriation of the decision-making legitimacy of European peoples for a more direct reactive democracy, implicating a possible inter-European federalized reconstruction, preserving as much the historical identity of every nation, as new pan-European common denominators. What is notable. Indeed, the illegitimate technocratic structuring of European Union (avatar of the Marshall Plan) had not allowed until then its dynamic cohesion, and had favoured an alignment of most its elites on US directives. A corrective aspect of the European identitarian activism is therefore a more and more asserted panEuropean dimension, notably by a propensity to union with Russia, not excluding then an entente with the USA, but on new bases of reciprocal balances and interests. European identitarian movements are not anti-American. They contest the American plutocratic lobbies, as well as their obligees, Zionist, qataro-Saudi, euro-technocrats, etc, but thinking that these lobbies betray the deep America and its original values, as much as they betray third peoples. Euro-identitarians have thus good relations with American, and Canadian, citizen movements, whose pioneer spirit and aspiration for a reactive democracy remain friendly received. Seeing this, they can think that lobbies, instigators of the current worldwide conflictivity, play with a fire which can burn them also, and that they will not necessarily be able any longer to control as they want, sooner or later. They act in an illegitimate, therefore precarious, way, as a very rich semi-mafia network, active at the highest level of State apparatuses, and of the UN, imposing with their armed arm, NATO, a predatory imperialism to the detriment of the general interest of nations and of manipulated populations. In their strategy, the destabilization of the worldwide Muslim public opinion, pushed to conflict with Occident, creates opportunely a new threat justifying for 26

the Western States an authoritarian resumption, in their hands, of societies and economies, allowing exploiting even more the resources of implicated peoples. However, the reactions of civil societies can escape from the control of plutocrats and of their political relays. It is besides a wanted effect of the seen identitarian mobilisation, particularly in Europe. Because in the flight forward impulsed by these predators, after being engaged, it is not possible to move back any more without losing, while the reserves of engagement of occidental societies are no longer those of the previous century, including for the USA. Even if US leaders still try to make bear damage elsewhere than on the American territory, their mobilizable abroad potential became more limited, their economy is riddled with its systemic tares, their deep support-society is pauperised, badly educated, in bad health, divided. And European peoples do not go better. At prudent distance, true emergent rivals, mainly in Asia, wait for their time, by strengthening and by keeping score, knowing that time runs for them. Them too, notably China, have societal and geo-political problems which could find opportune artificial solutions in a warfare situation, able to be managed in numerous forms (including by instrumenting nearby countries). In these conditions, the identitarian burst of re-appropriation of cohesion and of decision-making legitimacy of occidental peoples (support-peoples from which plutocrats get out the basics of their engageable force but which they also sacrifice), even if this burst is at the price of a painful episode of civil revolt, is a self-defence reaction which can lead nonetheless to a reconstruction of the worldwide balances in the general interest, correcting the disastrous adventurism impulsed by Atlanticist plutocratic lobbies towards a generalised confliction. The great human project carried by modern eco-humanism explains and deciphers particularly all these phenomena, situating them in a perspective of global societal correction. « Following the example of the Constitutional Court, the Court considers that sharia, which faithfully reflects the dogmas and divine rules laid down by religion, is stable and invariable. Principles such as pluralism in the political sphere or the constant evolution of public freedoms have no place in it. The Court finds that, read jointly, the declarations which contain explicit references to the institution of the sharia are with difficulty compatible with the fundamental principles of democracy, as they result from the Convention, taken as a whole. Surviving the next announced disaster. In the 21th century, US leaders have an overhelming military power, with which they planned to drive a conflict caused first between Occident and Islam, then spread to China and in Russia. They began this process by making intervene hypocritically Sunni Islamic auxiliaries, as they had already made during the 20th century to oppose to their rival totalitarianism most durably hampering of the period, communism. The strengthening of the US military potential, and the attached budgetary efforts, are unprecedented for several decades. US leaders gathered the means of a large-scale military action, that they began applying by instrumenting their own artificial creation, Islamic terrorism, agitated as a scarecrow of the entire occidental block. Objectives and means being publicly displayed, US leaders pull the Atlanticist geostrategical group in a common crusade against the threatening Islam, in the name of a defence of freedom, of democracy, of the free world, and other as much hypocritical pretexts. They notably took the time, in passing, to plunder some Islamized countries. And they arranged to make Europeans bear heavy impacts and consequences of this adventure, while Muslim immigrated minorities became more numerous and problematic in Europe than in America. In fact, US leaders want to keep their leading role of the occidental block at any cost, by preserving their force and their resources, even to the detriment of their partners, of which they contribute to maintain divisions and charges. The ground was thus prepared: for 1970s, European countries suffered in particular a tsunami of foreign Muslim immigration, under the pressure of politico-economic interests aligned on directives of Atlanticist plutocratic lobbies, mainly anglo-American. At term, a confrontation was unavoidable and envisaged, having to justify "right reactions" in due time. But what an hypocrisy to come to this … 29

Most fundamentalist Muslims who reactivate everywhere their Islamic jihad are supported by leaders of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, themselves telecontrolled and protected by the USA as long as they are useful to them. Al Quaïda and its clones constitute since their origin networks of jihadists-mercenaries piloted by the CIA. The main transnational arabo-Muslim information media were born under control of Western agents. This sneaky collusion, contrary to the interest of the exploited societies, allows anglo-american plutocrats to impose their interests everywhere in the economic and financial domain, while they let provisionally Sunni theocrats impose their interests everywhere in social and religious domains, including in Occident. Such anglo-american duplicity aggravating the precariousness of the occidental cohesion, American leaders wanted to avoid a premature strategical compensation of a continental mosaic able to restructure with a help from Russia. Because a widened pan-European union is potentially profitable as much for Western Europeans as for Russians, strategically complementary each other, sharing same ethnocultural roots, and concerned by the same geopolitical stakes. In this game of cheating poker, the tactics of American governing leaders consists thus in handicapping as much as possible Russians, but also Europeans, notably by making them support a part of the anti-Islamic pseudocrusade, knowing that in either way major military adventures were always of benefit of the USA, relaunching conveniently their economy to the detriment of most other peoples. An alliance in a crusade with the USA weakening the pan-europeanism, Europe risks indeed to undergo a loss of diplomatic credit, and a civil confrontation in its own territory, besides its charge of participation in the crusade as a supplement to US forces. But Russia manages skilfully the caused islamic activism and keeps a good capacity of opportune mobilisation of resources, to contribute anyway to a pan-European, and euro-Asian, reconstruction, beneficial for a better world equilibrium. A big question remains open: whatever is the necessity to fight a real totalitarian threat such as Islam, is it necessary to do it in this context of lies, disloyalty, and flight forward, to escape a fraudulent organised bankruptcy, which can result in another totalitarian worldwide order, as though there was choice only between plague or cholera ? The scenario of this adventure was however written, the play was produced and scheduled, its scenery is in position, actors were chosen, different acts and scenes begin being played. 30

But nobody knows beforehand the reactions of a public which can at any time get less passive -in spite of the conditionning propaganda it underwentgo up on stage, and improvise a modified course of events, where it would participate in action in its own interest. What can occur if this public becomes concretely aware of the risks, if it understands that in spite of all big means and propaganda implemented, the real situation lays on a big fragility, and on a dupes' game, leading to a generalised disaster. When eyes are really opened, anybody can discover to what point occidental support-peoples, including in the USA, are abused, handicapped, and ransacked, them too, by the predatory plutocracy which weakens their deep society, by driving it to ruin and to chaos. To delay this unavoidable outcome in their support-peoples, occidental plutocrats and their linked governments, plunder, confiscate, and monopolize, the resources of third countries, while they manipulate more or less in it the Islamic component. But all this can result only in a chaos and a conflictivity more and more spread. Because with or without pillage of weakened populations, in short or middle term, this socioeconomic functioning is untenable and can only collapse, because it is not possible to fund a development for a long time by fictitious currency and debts impossible to reimburse, whilst exhausting collective resources, to enrich without limits a private minority, while the rest of the society decays and lives in insecurity. Atlanticist plutocrats know this, but their calculation is that, if their adventure must finish inevitably in violence and ruin, their chance to go out of it is in their military superiority, and in their police and propagandist strength. They could so continue reigning by force and disinformation, even on ruins, in a new imposed worldwide order. Yet, this cannot be done if their main support-society, the occidental civil society, prevents it, not accepting any longer passively a totalitarianism even more dangerous as those already fought until then. It is a probable reaction of prevention, if realities are enough revealed and reported. And they will be it more and more: all obvious facts are there to confirm that if the worldwide situation is at this critical point, it is because of the excessive power of this plutocracy, which organised a politico-economic system on the same scale as its rapacity, de-facto imposed on almost all nations of the world, against the general interest of Humanity. 31

A disastrous system, based on wild competition, on accumulation and excessive power of private money, on an internal corruption of the democratic system, and on a dangerous organized chaos. Each of these troubles amplifies the other one in a depraved spiral which drives inevitably to a generalised societal collapse. But by treating efficiently and opportunely these troubles, and their reasons, it is however possible to hope to cure the illness. It is why, to be able to recover from it really, avoiding that it regenerates under other forms, the broadest human community must mobilise as soon as possible its legitimacy and its collective intelligence, to require and to make apply, in every country and all over the world : - 1/ A direct democracy, where mandates of representatives and executive powers result from a drawing lot opened to all capable voluntary citizens, with not renewable short-term mandates, and with referenda of popular initiative, preventing any cornering or abuse of resources by this or that particular interests. - 2/ A fair distribution of public resources preventing misery, as well as a limitation of personal enrichment preventing an excessive private accumulation of money, and its use to abuse other people and collective structures. What implicates more generally a strict public regulation of money and of the economic relations in priority to the advantage of the broadest general interest. - 3/ A world arbitral federal organisation, harmoniously imbricating regional, national, and international federations, preventing in it wild competition and illegitimate conflictivity. What implicates everywhere a restoring and a strict maintenance of the public security and of the collective protection. This by assuring the preservation of the complementary diversity and of the historical ethnocultural integrity of peoples who do not act against the general interest of Humanity. - 4/ A universal convention making that any societal model, religion, dogma, organisation, which out of cases of legitimate punctual reaction in defence of fundamental rights and duties, encourages in violence between human beings and in social conflict by its principles or its practice, be strictly forbidden and made not transmissible. . Such claims can found the action of a new big reforming political movement of general interest, co-ordinated all over the world.

They are laid open and explained in a more detailed way in the cultural corpus of eco-humanism, exceptional evolutionary societal phenomenon. The modern naming "humanism" was used for the 19th century to characterise the humanism of the European Renaissance and of the Century of Lights. But the foundations of this current of thought were philosophically already expressed from the 7th century BC, in antique Greece. And they were linked to cultural roots, even more ancient, mainly IndoEuropean, since -at least- the 5th millennium BC. This deep historical current got globalized, notably by having been complemented by contributions of important Asian currents such as Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoïsm. Regularly updated in the course of centuries by thinkers of different peoples, it finally became a multicultural common heritage of all Humanity, a natural societal link. Its most accomplished modern expression, eco-humanism, situates this historical dynamics in the widest environment, by highlighting the exceptional development process which Humanity naturally self-generates by its collective intelligence. Indeed, while our close cousins primates have a natural limit of sociability which confines them in small-sized rival groups, and while even the last primitive human clans and tribes known on Earth until the 20th century gathered only some families or some dozens families, the development of our modern human society was based on its cultural capacity to integrate in complementary synergy more and more socialised structures. It became, so, capable of coordinating and mutualizing the strengths of a very large number of human beings, by an adequate societal organisation, improving our intelligence, our resilience, and our power of whole. This adequacy, which is not yet perfect, results from an always updated collective experience, correcting out of necessity its numerous errors, and capitalising its successes. The awareness of this exceptional structuring sociocultural ability revealed a great natural project of development and of survival of the human species, which eco-humanism makes share better and better by the most possible of opened minds. This corrective cultural base, explained in the main reference texts of ecohumanism, can feed a will, an expression, a mobilisation, political and citizen, capable of changing usefully the course of the societal events, and of attenuating their harmful consequences. Since the end of the 20th century, more and more countries were involved in a new type of generalized war, multi-form, whose armed violence, military, is only one of the means, jointly with other attacks, economic, psychological, political, cultural, technological, informative, etc. One of the worst is an ethnocultural undermining which artificially deconstructs and pushes in conflict communities, against the general interest of Humanity, which is by necessity in its well built collective cohesion..

From the programmed holocaust to the democratic correction. It seems more and more unavoidable that the 21th century is marked, on one hand, by revolts of peoples, for a re-appropriation of their rights, and of their legitimate resources, and on the other hand, by a clash of big historical ethnocultural entities, implicating mainly North America, the euro-Russian set, and China. This situation threatening the security of modern Humanity, of which only a self-regulation, by a clever arbitral will, can avoid its interdestruction, this will probably make all the more inevitable the constitution of a new societal world organisation, using common cultural references, capable of preventing in the future other noxious predatory behaviours between human collectivities. These cultural references and this corrective organisation will necessarily have to be based on a democracy as direct and universal as possible, and on regulatory principles, notably arbitral, of a well balanced federalism. But before arriving to this salutary correction, the accumulated tensions will have to be released. And seeing the ambition and the needs of the involved forces, it is unfortunately clear that this will happen once more in a temporary situation of violent confrontation. With the very powerful weaponry available in the most developed countries, this lets fear considerable damages. We can already see the intentional set up of a generalized civil conflictuality, and of clashes of civilizations, causing an interdestruction of human groups, whose differences, ethnic, religious, political, etc, are intentionally opposed. Prepared means let clearly envisage then military interventions of destruction of populations, by various modern weapons, explosive, irradiative, electromagnetic, highly powerful, able to be borne at any distance, and robotized, with complementary use of climatic and biological weapons capable of ruining, of starving, and of contaminating, entire countries. Their technological superiority makes that dominant modern armies operate strategically at distance, having less and less need to risk soldiers on the ground. In summary, even if the problems which feed these tensions and which underlie the conflicts were artificially created to facilitate a private economic macro-predation, they will be resolved by multiple means of violence because the instigators of this situation, the occidental dominant plutocrats, deadlocked themselves to use all means to solve situations which escape them more and more. Let us remind that at economic level, these plutocrats organised a fraudulent bankruptcy of their financial system, and of their support-States, for lack of being able to pay off the unfair debts thanks to which they became rich beyond any limit, to the detriment of the general interest. And to avoid being supplanted by emergent rivals, they try to escape from ruin by a flight forward in situation of force, across notably adventures of war. In this logic, they try to impose new rules in their advantage, while reorientating their development by an appropriation of worldwide resources, of which they despoil their legitimate possessors, by force, and thanks to the huge reserves of fictitious currency which they accumulated. The dominant worldwide super-class has no scruple to recycle these funds in despoiled strategical assets. Its purpose is to position preventively to be able to have still sufficient means, after the caused general systemic bankruptcy. Everywhere in the world, with their artificial financial means, its main members buy or rent in a private way farmlands, fields of raw materials, fishing zones, real estates, factories, etc, by despoiling legitimate autochthonous operators and local collectivities, destabilising even more the impacted societies and the victims of this ultimate neo-colonisation without borders. This seeds, even more, local ferments of injustice and revolt, augmenting as much the societal tensions. And at demographic level, the occidental governments in general competition cannot agree to be overflowed by not controlable allochtonous populations. They cannot however get lost in an absurd run by increasing the native occidental demographic dynamics, in a world population already considered as supernumerary, knowing the capacities and reserves of our planetary biotope to feed, and to bear the impacts and takings of all present human beings. The reaction of the predatory plutocrats is therefore to make diminish the world population which does not interest them, while maintaining their domi36

nance, and by reducing first and foremost their most embarrassing rivals, allowing so some support-States only to continue operating a profitable wasting of which the ecological and societal impact would be sustainable longer. While we know that official experts (UN) considered that the sustainable planetary human population should no longer exceed 2 billion individuals, we can measure the importance of the envisaged reduction. All this was organised by predators unbeknownst to the concerned societies. During decades, the accessory being substituted to the essential, most of public opinions in the world have been deliberately misinformed, diverted, to not react to the exploitation which they underwent, and to get lost in artificial diversions, for example with decoys such as the one of an anthropogenous climatic warming accusing CO² (nevertheless good for the living), or the one of a sustainable energy independence by non conventional gas and oil, of which the inconveniences and stocks are finally disappointing. Such an intense disinformative conditioning prevented or diluted the expression of a corrective collective intelligence. As long as it stays in the psychosocial mould of this dominant thought, and as long as it undergoes the mediatized staging which accompanies it, the citizen collective brain is influenced, re-programmed, by pictures and models which orientate its behaviours in the interest of those who take advantage of the predatory system, but not in the general interest, neither in the public interest, nor in the interest of simple citizens. And even if an aware minority understands nonetheless these risks and wants to avoid the programmed disaster, it has not enough lawful means of action to mobilise and to apply opportunely a corrective reaction. Because the dominant plutocratic organisation confiscated and diverted the main means of citizen expression, in Occident and elsewhere, to let act only those which benefit its interests. A particularly depraved diversion was, especially for the 19th century, to impose an indirect democracy form, improperly called representative, rather than a direct democracy, however more fundamentally equitable and legitimate. This representative democracy imposes on citizens to have to express themselves indirectly, through representatives elected among a sponsored pseudo-elite of careerist politicians, privileged and irresponsibilized. Almost everywhere, during renewable periods of several years, these privileged representatives can then decide on the fate of the collectivity 37

whilst an active citizen ensemble is unable to oppose opportunely to what contravenes the public interest, prevented by restrictions of consultations of popular initiative. An appearance of free democratic choice is so simulated, while in reality the dominant organisation presets only the representatives suitable for it, and moves the opponents aside. Free protest is marginalised, deprived of sufficient public expression, deprived of lawful means to get organised efficiently, and deprived of civic reactivity, because the predominant propaganda, relayed by mainstream media and by the political personnel in place, orientates and conditions strongly the mentalities and behaviours of the voters, producing a people’s thought lined up in majority on the official objectives, thus also on the plutocratic interests. It is in these conditions that for 1970s, most of governments and parliamentarians agreed to more and more despoil of their legitimate sovereignty their respective States, by diverting more and more the monetary creation of public interest towards private banks, and by putting artificially into debt their States, obliged to borrow on the private financial market to pay public expenses exceeding deliberately their revenues. The main profiteers and their firms took also the opportunity to divert more and more their private profits towards tax havens, paying the minimum taxes to States, in a colossal legalised plundering of public resources. To the point that the whole worldwide economic set was even more quickly driven to an unavoidable systemic crisis, of which the violent outlet threatens finally the security, and perhaps the survival, of all or part of the human population. Sad societal assessment. And sad adventure, which would not have been able to occur in a direct democracy, based on election of political officers by drawing lots for short periods, with permanent corrective intervention of a legitimate citizen censure, and consultations of popular initiative. In direct democracy, public representatives are structurally kept sheltered from plutocratic pressures and from private lobbies, and the vox populi can oppose opportunely to what contravenes the general interest. Knowing it, it will be necessary as soon as possible, in either way, to stop the plutocratic corruption, to restore the expression of the citizen decision-making legitimacy, and to go out of the yoke of the pseudo-representative democracy, which allows slyly the confiscation and misappropriation of the political power and of the legitimate public authority.

The first solution is obviously, by a corrected Constitution, to restructure every State in a direct democratic regime applying sortition (drawing lots of capable volunteers) and citizen autoconsultation. But in the present context, it is a solution which not much (or not any) big political parties can propose, because they would lose in it their main goal, that is to say their interested participation in the State power, and its profitable distribution among their careerist members and their sponsors. The only reasonable hope remains therefore in a powerful direct citizen mobilisation of reconquest of legitimacy, self-organised by associations, networks, co-ordinated together, but which do not need to agree beforehand on a sharing and on a program of government, since their first true need is only to change their Constitution, to make prevail in it a direct democracy. The citizen will and governance will express then in a framework become more protective, intrinsically favourable to the general interest and to the diversity of political expressions. The present social situation, with its overdose of tensions, of threats, of frustrations, of injustice, is convenient for such a corrective surge, which can spontaneously self-constitutef at any time, as soon as a sufficient number of Resistants will be able to meet and co-ordinate, making one or several triggering kernels around which more and more other participants will meet then, according to their sensibilities and affinities. Even if they are politically distinct, or even in opposition on this or that point, all have interest however in collaborating to build a framework where, even possibly in minority, they will be more equitably able to express. This movement of reappropriation of the citizen legitimacy, going to the direction of a natural resilience and of a societal correction of general interest, can change the course of the disastrous events which threaten the worldwide collectivity. All human beings and groups of goodwill can gain from this. The conditions, foundations, advantages, of such societal correction, result from a process of natural historical maturation of Humanity, exposed in the references and principles of eco-humanism, which put in light several dozens centuries of strengthening of a cultural corpus enriched by great thinkers of every epoch, in the aim of assuring nothing less than the survival and the good development of the human species. . What requires in particular to strengthen the collective brain of Humanity with an adequate information and coordination, guiding well its reactions. The natural self-protection of Humanity. Exceptionally, and without renouncing to the Fundamental rights which protect it, Humanity must be able to eliminate its noxious parts and functions to protect the healthy part of its global entity. Because the conservation of its most possible coherent and healthy unity, revitalized by a well-balanced diversity, is a necessity of survival. In these conditions, on one hand, human beings or groups which, without reason enough justifiable and not contrary to the general interest of Humanity, have a behavior generative of violence, confrontations, destructions, predation, by the influence of theories, dogmae, faiths, religions, lucre, or other reason, must be rendered harmless by all means proportional to their dangerousness. And on the other hand, every nation not acting against the general interest of Humanity is entitled, by any means without other limit than the global conservation of the human species, to protect its ethnocultural identity, its resilience, and its resources, as well as the territory on which it is installed in the borders recognized by the broadest world community. It can protect its society and its territory against any aggression or abuse, resulting in particular from predation, invasion, migratory excess, causing a conflictual or penalizing situation in its autochtonous population, and/or not bearable by its available societal and environmental resources. Except in case of international solidarity after an insuperable cataclysm, the societal impacts acceptable by a modern community can result only from fair necessities, within the limits of its shareable resources. Persons responsible of situations and events violating these legitimate protective requirements must be sanctioned because of the consequences, potential or recognized, of their acts.

Besides, the auto-protection of Humanity has a particular sense and necessity as regards multiculturalism and totalitarianism. Indeed, human culture prospers by a circulation and a combination of diversified contributions, of which the best must be able to be freely compared and appreciated, all the better in a good multicultural coexistence, which being naturally sensitive and fragile, must be balanced and arbitrated accordingly. Because an overliberal, conflictive, or badly managed multiculturalism, is doomed to failure. Only a composite culture well arbitrated and corrected in the general interest can be societally profitable. Arbitration and correction must not be thus corrupted. Nevertheless, an enemy of the world arbitrated multiculturalism is the totalitarianism which tends to impose its rules allegedly superior. If a totalitarian organization contaminates in all or in part a human community, to impose there its ideology and its interests, a disease follows and the community splits, until the totalitarian organization dominates, or until it is rendered harmless. We should never forget to what point a totalitarian organization can manipulate the spirit of its followers and victims to make them instruments of its power. It takes advantage in particular of the fact that the human brain functions as a programmed memory, in which a genetic and instinctive part is not reprogrammable, but where another part, more or less aware, is. It is this part which human culture uses to progress, by correcting primitive tendencies, selfish, predatory, violent, still underlying in the human behavior. But it is also this part which a totalitarian organization can corrupt by pernicious forms of programming, blocking any corrective reprogramming. Yet, a defect of societal auto-correction is a plague of our evolution. To the point that in certain cases, there is no other choice anymore than to react by force. Human beings badly culturally programmed and not curable in due course, being able to cause very grave violence and damages, they must be rendered harmless by legitimate selfdefence, as much bravely as necessary. Indian mahatma Gandhi, renowned apostle of nonviolence, specified nevertheless that "when it is no other choice than between cowardice or violence, I recommend violence".

CHARTER of SOCIETAL PRINCIPLES Preamble. Humanity follows first and foremost its own will and its own interest. It tends to strengthen in a supra-ensemble federating all its forces in a solidary community, where no part harms the whole, and where every part contributes to the well-balanced strengthening of the whole. The necessities of its protection in its environment and in its society, integrated into the laws, oblige then every part. In these conditions, federative universal principles found the rules and models, and give them a sense, insisting particularly on the intra-societal values most useful for the adaptive cohesion of the species, such as respect, justice, sharing, solidarity, permanent self-correction. ● The general rule is to contribute permanently to the survival and to the happiness of the human species, and to the optimization of its development, by its organization, its information, and its resilience, implying in particular to : ● Protect without limit, and first and foremost, Humanity, united in its diversity, every of its members being equal to the others in rights and in duties, and free of its personal beliefs, whose expression however must not go against the human general interest (1). ● Know as best as possible all the beings, things, and strengths, of the environment; adapt to it permanently; free the human thought for managing at best appearance and uncertainty; prevent, correct, and punish, any corruption of information. ● Manage well the environment in which and by which the human species develops, without exhausting, poisoning, or destroying, the biotope useful and protective for the species, regardless of the place where we live; optimize health and safety in every human structure. ● Respect and uphold everywhere, locally and globally, the limits of development allowing the best possible societal and environmental balance, with an adequate demography. ● Favor the improvement, defense, and transmission of the Humanity’s heritage for the benefit of following generations; develop knowledges and tools with caution and determination.

● Be structured, and help children to be structured, to live as well as possible in the human society; give always the best example; optimize the quality of education and information for everybody. ● Deserve to be respected and respect reciprocally the others; have the right to make mistakes in counterpart of the duty to correct, to repair, and to deserve trust; do everything so that nobody not culprit, or discharged, feels harmed living in the human society. ● Share fairly the public resources, and those of collective utility, among all federated human beings and groups; favour the best possible cooperation among them all; prevent and punish in the hardest and most dissuasive way any antihuman predation, or abuse of sharing. ● Live free and united among other free and united human beings, share with them as much sympathy and mutual aid as possible; contribute at the best to the resources of public interest; prevent and punish any cornering, cheating, abuse, of public authority and resources, as well as any excessive private disposal of shares of wealth. ● Get organized and organize the human society, privileging always its general interest; neither bear nor make bear any authority, power, constraint, or behavior, going against that; provide the public governance by drawing lots of capable volunteers; prevent any organization of powers not modifiable at any time by a direct reaction of citizen majority. ● Hardly fight any illegitimate aggression or threat, by mobilizing all adequate capacities of defense of itself and of the community; participate in the defense and in the improvement of the laws as long as they do not go against the human general interest or against the connected fundamental rights and duties.

(1) Freedom of conscience and personal beliefs must be guaranteed, but however not against the superior general interest of the human society, what implies in particular that any behavioral model, religion, dogma, which unless the cases of justifiable reaction in defense of Humanity and its fundamental rights, has for consequence a violence among human beings, their endangerment, or a social conflict, by its principles or its practice, must be strictly forbidden and made non-transmissible.

The emergence of a self-constituted corrective citizen force. When an abusive societal system remains dominant by manipulating in its profit the main part of the citizen life, and by preventing any collective mobilization against its interests, it is difficult to model and to organize a mass corrective behavior, concrete and simple, allowing citizens to go out of this situation, as long as the dominant predators keep the means to discredit, to deceive, to subvert, to repress, the mobilized corrective forces. Corrective examples and references thus circulate temporarily by alternative ways, carefully diversified, autonomous, and duplicable, until the time in which everything becomes possible. In these conditions, a peculiarity of the correction started in the 21st century is that, while the generalized crisis increases, more and more resistant-citizens contribute patiently to the inevitable rupture of the corrupt system, while getting ready to participate effectively in an indispensable consecutive societal reconstruction, and to prevent this process from being undermined, seized, or blocked, once more, to the detriment of the general interest. They intelligently follow real good citizen examples rather than opportunist recuperators and other impostors. As much as they can, day after day, trying anyway to attenuate the effects of the crisis around them, and to warn others, most of them remain connected and mobilized in an informal and discreet way, avoiding getting organized too soon in classic militant structures which can be pursued, subverted, or prevented. They are and they go everywhere, ready to act at the right time. While they are waiting for an efficient collective action, they remain informed, as much about the evolution of the current events as about ethical, practical, and organizational concepts, improving their resilience and their corrective collective intelligence. Until the D day of the legitimate reconquest. In other words, knowing how much the restoring of the general interest and of the democratic legitimacy depends on their courage and on their knowledge, they get accordingly ready, everyone with his own possibilities, always ready to act effectively on common objectives as soon as the situation is convenient, with or without electronic means of communication, in multiple coordinated self-sufficient structures, resilient, impossible to be subverted all by their adversaries. Their strength is in the corrective collective brain which they constitute, to which every citizen of willingness can contribute. Some put themselves forward occasionally to bring a good example or to impulse a convenient mobilization, but without taking advantage of it to grab excessive power or privileges. Such a legitimate synergy has the best probabilities of success, sooner or later, in spite of the beared difficulties. 46

Towards a direct democracy We know well from now on to what point plutocrats forced the most possible States and peoples to make freely commoditized a maximum of goods and services, including those of public interest, to be able to monopolize them by rigged financial instruments, created without limits and without guarantee, with the complicity of public political decisionmakers interested in this villainous plunder. These political decision-makers effectively locked and manipulated the public means, constitutional, legal, regulatory, which would have been able to prevent this plunder of common goods. They contributed for that to weaken the legitimate reactivity of numerous social strengths, by division, multi-form confliction, disinformation, wild competition, under the cover of rogue laws. But in front of ruin, chaos, violence, which resulted from it, a natural corrective dynamics urged more and more public-spirited forces to reconquer the rights and the means capable of protecting from now on the general interest against any new corruption or predation, with in particular a powerful tool of legitimacy: the direct democracy.

As far as the French Republic represented, after its revolution of 1789, a model which served as reference for many other peoples regarding democratic emancipation, freedom, and rights, I thought that it could be useful to take once more the example of its Constitution (adopted in 1958, still current when this book is published), to show how it could be adapted to the modern necessities of direct democracy. Some opportune modifications can be enough.

Some points of revision a-minima of the Constitution of the 5th French Republic, for its putting in adequacy with the necessities of a direct democracy. Article 3 The national sovereignty belongs to the people, which exercise it by its representatives and by the direct consultative way of referendum. Neither section of the people nor any individual can appropriate this exercise. Representatives of the people are chosen by drawing lots among all citizens in majority age, volunteers for public appointment, and in capacity, registered in a national role of electoral capacity. Their representative mandate, not renewable, cannot exceed (5) years. An immediate redrawing is realized in case of abnormal or excessive representation of one or several particular categories in an assembly, or any public organ, constituted by representatives of the people. The conditions of capacity and the appreciation of category-specific normality are decided by legal way. A permanent citizen control of conformity of any public or private act regarding the constitution can be exercised, conferring a power to summon to the Constitutional Council or to judicial authorities the appreciation and the sanction of the aimed act, at request of at least (10 %) of concerned consultable citizens. Are consultable all not incapacitated citizens, criteria of capacity being specified and updated by law to be always in accordance with the widest general interest. The main expression of the reactive will of the people is formalized in the referendum, realized on governmental, parliamentary, or citizen initiative. A consultation by referendum must be realized at the concerned level of public collective organization, local, regional, or national, when it is validated by request of at least (10 %) of the consultable and concerned citizens able to express in it. For that purpose, every person or group of persons, physical or moral, can request, and facilitate the collection and the transmission, of individual requests of other persons.

As soon as a collective request of consultation is validated, the consultation must be made by the competent public authorities in the (6) weeks following the legal report of the said request. In case of plurality of concomitant validated requests of consultation (separated by less than 5 days), a drawing lots on the order of succession of consultations must be quickly realized. In case of plurality of concomitant requests of referendum concerning an identical or related subject, only the first received validated request is held, the question in debate being reworded as best as possible to take reasonably into account the other close validated requests. A request of referendum, or of any other form of direct citizen consultation, cannot be treated if it concerns a subject already in the process of submission, or previously subjected in the opinion of the people less than (2) years previously, or if it is opposite to the general or national interest. The popular will, expressed with at least a (simple) majority at the end of the consultation, is immediately enforceable.

Article 7 The President of the Republic is appointed by the members of parliament, among the most qualified of them, during their first collective session in National Assembly after their election. The presidential office is attributed to the deputy (mp), candidate for this office, having obtained the best result in appropriate tests of capacity and general knowledge, selected in a random way among those approved for that purpose by the Constitutional Council. A vote of censure is opposable to every candidate during his naming, if it is asked by at least (10 %) of other members of parliament and voted in the simple majority. In case of censure, the next candidate deputy in the ranking of success in tests becomes eligible for the office in the same conditions, the presidency being attributed to the first not censored candidate. If no naming can intervene without censure among the first (10) candidates ranked from the tests, a final drawing lots between them appoints the one who is then vested with the presidential office, without any other possible vote of censure.

Article 24 The Parliament votes for the law, controls the action of the government, and estimates the public policies. It consists of a unique chamber, the National Assembly. Members of parliament in the National Assembly, whose total number cannot exceed 1 deputy by bracket of (200.000) inhabitants, are elected by drawing lots among all voluntary and capable citizens. 49

Article 56 The Constitutional Council includes (9) members, elected by drawing lots among all voluntary and capable citizens having acquired, in a way as well academic, self-taught, or professional, a convincing qualification in legal concerns. Its main role is to watch the regularity of legislative and governmental acts with regard to the constitutional rules and spirit.

Article 90 The people protects itself first and foremost by its own means, and mainly by a well organized militia force having the best skills and equipments. Note: the citizen militia is constituted at its basic level of local units, coordinated according to various levels of grouping, to constitute operational corps capable of assuring effectively the protection of the territorial collectivities and of the whole national community. A part of militia forces is maintained in permanent service, the rest serves in reserve. A part is territorialized for local action, and a part is constituted in general mobile reserve. Can serve in citizen militia every voluntary citizen in age, man or woman, medically capable, not showing socially harmful behavior, and without relation with an ideology or with activities opposing to the general interest and to the connected fundamental rights and duties. The militiamen formalize solemnly their public-spirited commitment of general interest, and receive as far as possible a public compensation for their supplied activity. Every militiaman is reliant on the unit of his place of residence. Every local militia exercises powers of ordinary police on its territory. Groupings of militia can intervene in military operations, and for the maintenance of law and order, anywhere on the national territory, by order of the legitimate authorities.

… the continuation ? It must be written by an independent Constituent Assembly, as well for France as for every nation, and every concerned constitution. I only want to show here the feasibility of the process. But we can go farther. A Constitutional Council can in particular be strengthened and transformed into a real Higher Council of the Wise, associating skills, not only legal, but also philosophic and scientific, to become warden and arbitrator of the general interest. We can also choose to put in constitutional preamble a universal reference text, such as a Charter of Societal Principles (of a more general range than texts limited e.g. to some civil or environmental rights). And it is necessary to apply at every level an organizational principle of subsidiarity.

Extracts from the book "The great human project" (Edition LEAI 2012, ISBN 2-9516456-1-9, pages 23, 24, et 25). " An important eco-humanist proposal is a societal functioning in direct democracy. But how reach there? Here are some indications for the implementation of a direct democracy, working with a fundamental principle of drawing lots of the public decision-making representatives, able to succeed the corrupt representative democracy of the 20th century. First point : a direct democracy cannot work well, overnight, in a culturally deconstructed and ill society. It is necessary to reconstruct at first a sufficient citizen consciousness and structuring, what requires the preliminary action of a government of transition, impulsing a generalized civic re-education protector of the general interest. Second point : this government of transition, applying referendum tools of popular initiative, and a temporary constitution preparing the complete final passage in direct democracy, can be inspired from precursory experiences made with success by other collectivities. And it can be constituted by all or part of the forces having contributed to supplant the previous corrupt system. Then, as soon as possible, a drawing lots of new public decisionmaking representatives can be gradually set up, among the voluntary citizens having obtained a certificate of representative capacity, giving evidence officially of their civic quality, in forms and legal requirements which organize in particular the obtaining, the control, the suspension, and the cancellation of the aforementioned capacity. These representatives have then full authority to deliberate and decide into the established structures where they have to stay, with not renewable short mandates, and submission to referendum decisions. From their part, the first drawn lots national members of parliament can be gathered in Constituent Assembly capable of finalizing the constitution, by appreciating the governmental proposals, the proposals of members of parliament themselves, and the proposals of an ad-hoc commission asked to collect and to present citizen demands. "

Historic archives prove that for several centuries, social predators very enriched by their manoeuvres -called plutocrats- undermined traditional cultures and structures which organized legitimately big human communities *1. They caused there a destructuring and a deculturing, to facilitate their unlimited financial predation, justified by a private freedom allowing them to do everything tetherless, even to the detriment of the general interest, of societal balances, and of the public good. They called this "the free world ", ruled by liberalism, ignoring hypocritically that an excess of private freedom is as much harmful for a human society as an insufficiency of freedom. The main enemies of these plutocrats were essentially politico-economic systems privileging the public interest, in particular socialists, nationalists, laical, with also their declensions and combinations of National-Socialism and communism, all fought and demonized in the name of the pleaded maximum private freedom. Reluctant nations and societies were undermined by violent interdestruction, corruption of elites, caused decay of mores. Only some forms of bastardized socialism were tolerated as far as they remained harmless and interested. We can see also that in their recurrent action of undermining, plutocrats particularly instrumented the abrahamic religiosity, as adjuvant of societal disintegration and decomposition, letting appear this religiosity as a kind of beneficial universal link, whilst it was divided into violently rival branches, historically bloody, and potentially totalitarian. Such collusion was logical, plutocracy and abrahamic religiosity sharing convergences and complementarities, factor of de-responsabilisation, and of alienation, of the Being and the Having of the subdued humans. And between them like elsewhere, some maneuvered without scruples against the others. Plutocrats claimed a control of the most lucrative means, letting to the main religious factions an unmanageable socio-spiritual domain. The first ones grew immensely rich and strengthened, while intrumenting the second ones, structurally handicaped by their multiple inadequacies and internal competitions. The failure of these anti-natural enterprises was nevertheless turned out since the beginning of the 21th century, too many resources and societies having been plundered, and undermined, to let this go further without systemic collapse or violent reactions. "There’s class warfare, all right, but it’s my class, the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning.” (Warren Buffett, billionaire, 26 novembre 2006). The current events show rather that these plutocrats took their desires for realities… *1

In conclusion : how to prevent the tragic apotheosis of a plutocracy at bay ? Let us summarize here the facts and the trends : at this beginning of the 21st century, everybody can notice that, rather than to contribute to a multipolar equilibrium of common interest, the main state entities were pushed in a wild competition, by the manoeuvres of a stateless predatory plutocracy, which instrumented the political machinery of the USA to disorganize and plunder the rest of the world, undermining the cohesion and the resilience of many other nations. In the second half of the 20th century, under the occult influence of this plutocracy, the USA effectively conquered a world dominant position, in economic, monetary, and military domains. But in 2012, their main financial weapon (the US-dollar) being definitively weakened and discredited, their only remaining superiorizing weapon is their military force, as long as it can still be paid. And if the US-dollar collapses, the associated capitalist financial system can collapse also, pulling in its fall the insatiable plutocracy which skims off from this system the main part of its power. Having interested in their business most of the political decision-makers of the USA, plutocrats thus react by inciting the government of this nation to continue by force, risking everything, to impose new rules. Plutocratic lobbies expected a major crisis. It is in particular why, after 1990, to maintain their world domination, their US political relays had prevented the formation of a strong rival block able to associate Western Europe and post-socialist Russia. An euro-Russian association would have constituted the strongest world currency, guaranteed by a powerful economic capacity, self-sufficient, and by a dreaded complementary military capacity. The USA prevented this phenomenon by dividing, by opposing, by undermining, the concerned societies, and by weakening the euro. They planned in the last resort to instigate an intra-European civil war, and to destroy the Russian capacities. 53

But on the other hand, since 1976, these plutocrats and the US governments were not able to prevent the post-socialist China from reaching the self-sufficiency of its internal market, keeping a strong strategic reserve of growth. The ascent of the yuan (guaranteed by increasing gold reserves) can logically confer it sooner or later a status of world main currency, causing inevitably the regression then the fall of the American rival economy and of its dollar. During years, plutocrats, and several US decision-makers, vainly tried to slow down this phenomenon by an indirect pressure, monetary, political, economic. And there also, they planned in the last resort an open war, as long as they will still have the means of it, and as China will temporarily be less well armed than them. At the same time, Islam was instrumented to weaken Russians, and more still Europeans, pushed to identitarian reactions degenerating at home in generalized civil war. American armament systems, able to threaten Russian territories, were arranged in European regions. In Asia, regional oppositions were instigated to extend there future fronts. All this constitute an interweaving of threats and precursive tensions of a caused major explosion. In 2012, China has just reached its threshold of economic self-sufficiency, strengthened its military forces, and got closer strategically to Russia to resist better the North American pressure. The game being clear, and time being counted, an escalation towards an open war was engaged, coupled with an unavoidable related civil war in Europe, and also in the USA, finally logical reactions of civil societies, plundered and destabilized by the private plutocratic predation, to the detriment of the general interest. In this random context, the fate of billion human beings thus rests from now on on the conditions and the consequences of actions of force of the US government to reach the goals fixed by an Atlanticist plutocracy in flight forward in adventurism. And there, it can result from it only losses and immense damages. Because the US military means can maybe destroy partially, with nonfatal losses in the very moment, the Chinese economic and military infrastructure, and the European societal cohesion, while repressing an intraAmerican civil revolt. But it is illusory to imagine being able to destroy without insuperable retaliating the Russian military power, and even more illusory to hope to destroy a multi-form and redundant Sino54

Russian alliance of means, with besides a powerless Europe and an internal revolt undermining the reserves of the USA. Another factor to consider is that the dominant plutocrats (Atlanticists) are no longer independent from the parties in conflict, they heavily depend from now on on the fate of a declining agent, the US government. Until then, since the 19th century, these plutocrats had been able to stay away from the big armed conflicts where they financed remotely without risks the belligerent parties, and where they collected a maximum of private profits, losses being borne by the implied public authorities. To win shoo-in, they strove for example to constitute a threat on one hand, then they helped to fight it on the other hand, and they favored conveniently the camp most capable of favoring their interests. Manipulated wars constituted one of their main sources of enrichment, and an effective tool to unblock the situations which hampered their takeover of the aimed public powers and resources. It was in this way that during the American Civil War (1861-1865) the Paris branch of the Rothschild bank financed the South, while its London branch financed the North, manipulator plutocrats putting in dependence the public decision-makers and the resources of both camps. Later, the starting up of the Russian Bolshevik revolution of 1917, and its leaders such as Trotski and Lenin, were financially helped by big Anglo-Americans capitalist banks. During the Second World War (19391945), while Anglo-Americans and German armies opposed, the big American private capital contributed to the US public effort of war, and also to the one of the Nazi Germany, Ford having supplied each other with engines, Standard Oil with fuels. And also, in their domains, ITT, Texaco, Sterling, the Chase Manhattan bank, etc. From its part, the private common bank of the Central Banks, the Bank for International Settlements, fief of the Atlanticist plutocrats, had taken in pension the Nazi gold stocks plundered in the occupied countries. Business being business…

Another monumental swindle was the one of the petrodollars, operation by which plutocrats brought the US political leaders to oblige most of the oil producers and consumers of the world to negotiate this oil in USdollars. At the same time, from 1971, the Federal Reserve (US private Central Bank) was authorized to emit in unlimited quantities, without guarantees, and at the most convenient rate, new dollars, to pay in particular the goods and the services which foreigners had to sell consequently at minimum prices in the USA, to get the dollars necessary for the purchases of oil. What contributed to enrich artificially the US economy, and especially to increase the means of the Federal Reserve, which was able to give all the more to the US State for its public budgets, in particular military, knowing that this quasi mafia-style system could last only by the threat of the US federal forces. Numerous overthrows of the USA were from then connected to the control of the oil market and to the related superiority of the USdollar, the profits returning somehow or other to the private plutocracy, the expenses and the losses to the public machinery. The most prosperous period of these plutocrats was the last quarter of the 20th century, when they finally managed to oblige many States to abandon their privileges of general interest to put artificially into debt their public budgets, by subjecting them to an international private financial market controlled mainly by the stock markets of New York and London, as well as by private Central Banks, and by associated organizations, such as the IMF and the World Bank. However, in nature, predators and parasites cannot survive by preventing the bled populations or parts from regenerating, otherwise all succumb. And there is just a major risk of this adventure, because the excesses of the organized plunder of public resources, the putting in dependence and the weakening of big States, the generalized increasing debts, the debauchery of fictitious monetary creation, ended in a ruin of the main support-societies, and in a bankruptcy of the liberal financial capitalist system born upon the US dollar, keystone of the edifice. Deadlocked, the US government reacts by ultimate aggressive tactics of short-term. It is in particular probable that, time being counted, if their

operations sink or are thwarted in the "Greater Middle-East" theater, the USA can disengage from it by provoking a regional chaos where the Muslim conflictual mosaic and Israel will inter-destroy on-the-spot. And the American forces will be redeployed on the main scheduled theater of operations, the Pacific area. It is also possible that, to avoid attacking frontally a possible SinoRussian defensive alliance, the US decision-makers try to divert temporarily Russia from it, by cooperating with Russians in the Islamic theater, this allowing them to attack separately China, less dreaded militarily than Russia, but more dangerous at short-term for the US currency and economy. Another effect of this manoeuvre would be also to put Russians in trouble with Europeans, misguided in counter-way in the islamic theater, and exposed furthermore to Muslim violences in their own territory, all this hampering a possible Euro-Russian bridging. After having reduced China and taken back some strength by plundering it, the US decision-makers could settle then separately the fate of Russia. However, this plan can succeed only if Russians and Chinese are rather naive to not understand that their salvation implies that they stay in a common front, until the US forces weaken enough from their inside, by self-destruction of their civil support-society and of their economy. Yet, this calculation has also a risk: if its ultimate tactics of division-chaos do not work, it is probable that the US government react violently by risking everything before being too much incapacitated. Because having benefited from all their previous wars, plutocrats and lobbies who manipulate the USA can try it once more, to go out in-extremis of the fatal dead-end where their excesses drove them. But this time, their way is blocked by opponents knowing how to take advantage of these circumstances, capable of responding to violence, and which have no other choice. In these conditions, the end of this adventure can probably be written only by its survivors. A last hope is that a massive corrective civil legitimacy recovers in-extremis, in the main manipulated support-societies, and prevents as far as possible a generalized conflictivity before it is too late. From that the interest of an adequate information.

The inflow of such an information, freely shared and contributing to the improvement of an autocorrective citizen collective brain, is one of the main vocations of eco-humanism, modern form of a cultural current attached to the free societal correction for more than 26 centuries, a major cultural current which expresses and strengthens a great natural human project, whatever is the perturbed present of the moment. Our history teaches us that even temporarily hurt and weakened, the human species has been always capable of going out of the convulsions in which and by which it built itself. Once more, it is thus probably what we are going to have to do. And this, while knowing that we are confronted to much more than a simple crisis: the generalized destructuring anti-societal offensive which we undergo for several decades activated an uncontrolled phenomenon of destruction-reconstruction, inferring a severe purge, and probably also an amputation, of numerous human strengths. Limiting damages and preventing the irreparable should allow reconstructing better. Let us do it, in the general interest.

The world human society of the 21st century is attacked by very serious diseases. Tending to proliferate without limits, they can destroy the modern societal body. But the human society cannot undergo that passively, nor even choose between these scourges, as between plague or cholera. It has a better solution : overcoming these diseases, even at the cost of a high fever and an exhausting purge.

The author

Pioneer of modern eco-humanism, Marc CARL created in 1979 an eco-humanist International Non Governmental Organisation, non-aligned pilot-structure admitted in 2006 in permanent consultative status in the United Nations Organisation. Allways free, he remained attached to the defense of the general interest, independently of any party, religion, or ideology. As an international expert in development and cooperation, he exercised central functions of coordination, representation, and inter-NGO campaigns, mobilizing the civil society without borders on big necessities of the world situation. At the beginning of the big crisis, in 2008 and 2009, he was elected President of the Commitee on Development of the Conference of NGOs in permanent status in the UN, in Geneva.
