I declare sincere and true the information stipulated on the registration form. I accept without any reserve and in the most absolute way all the articles concerning the show regulations that I read and took notice of. Therefore, I release the CFABAS from any accusation concerning accidental responsabilities (injuries, stolen goods, biting wounds or other damages) on my dog or caused by him or me. I certify on honnor that my dog or kennel are not, to my knowledge, up to this day infected by any contagious illness. I so forth engage myself to not exhibit my dog if illness is declared from now until the show date. (It is advised to vaccinate dogs from infectious viruses as well as bringing the health book along) I declare furthermore not being a member of any Associaton or Club non affiliated to the SCC, nor any other organismes unrecognized by FCI. SHOW RULES

Place and date: The show will be held on the October 12th 2008 at the Parc des expositions at Orléans (45) Arrival-Judgement: the acces to the show is opened from 8.30 am. Judging will start at 9.30 am sharp. Veterinary services: Will be assured by an on duty vet doctor who has all rights to pronounce the acceptation, refusal or dismissal, as well as at the entry as at during the show, dogs in unhealthy appearance or suffering from malformation, bitches apparently in gestation, in lactation state or accompanied by her pups, bitches in heat, dangerous and aggressive dogs. The veterinarian’s decision is non-appealeable The presentation of the anti-rabies vaccination certificate (done more than a month ago) is compulsory. Cancellation: in case of the impossibility to open the show for imperative reasons, independent from the comity’s will, registration means are not refunded, as the Club Comity needs to recover diverse expenses contracted for the organization. Registration: Will not be refunded in case of absence or forfeit after the 26th september 2008. Only are allowed pedigree registered dogs from FCI country member or country non affiliated but which is recognized by FCI. Are refused : registration after the 26th september 2008, registration the day of the show, (except breeder’s class), any modification or inscription in any other classes the day of the show, the American Stafforshire terriers born after 1st may 2004 with cut ears (except

veterinary notice for therapeutic needs – this certificate must be joint to the registration form).

The classes : only those who are competing for the Championship CAC, open class, intermediate and working class (work cartel compulsory). Judging : The judges will be assisted in the ring by a secretary. The jugements are without appeal and permanent as soon as pronounced. Confirmation : confirmation is open to dogs registered in France of minimum 1 year of age. It is compulsory for them to be indentified by lisible tattoo or electronic chip. The identity card as well as the pedigree card must be presented to the judge along with the registration of confirmation filled & signed by the owner. Simple Confirmation requires the subject to have conformities with the breed standard. The confirmation “First Choice” requires that the dog obtains “excellent” from the judge in his class as well as the achievement with “excellent “ result of the TAN which is equivalent to a good citizen test. The TAN will be held the 12th october 2008 from 2 pm This character test is compulsory to obtain champion title Claims: Any claim founded on this present regulation, except those concerning the judgements which are non appealeable, must be formulated in writing within the hour after the happening. Claims must be accompanied by a guarantee fee equivalent to 3 times the engagement fee for the 1st dog which will stay unrestored and kept by the Club Comitee if the claims are acknowledged without foundation. Penalty: Will be dismissed temporarily or permanently from shows organized by SCC : exhibitors who are guilty of “against honnor” facts, those who made false statement, owners of dogs who sustained surgery to mislead quality, those who by their language, writings or acts would harm the well going of the show or detract the judges prestige, Club or Affiliate, those who would bring in unregistered dog or replacing other dogs. The sanctions will be pronounced in accordance to the articles 30 & 36 of the SCC interior regulation. Responsability: the Club FABAS declines all responsibility due to stolen goods, loss, runaways, sickness, death of exposed dogs, bite wounds done by dogs etc… Photos: in order to supply the club bulletin and internet site, the exhibitors agree to let their dogs be filmed and/or photographied, for non commercial purposes ****** AWARE : owners are reminded to take important notice and abide to the 6th January 1999 law concerning "dangerous dogs".
