Dear breeders of Frill pigeons , The international exhibition of the frill pigeons will take place this year from 03 to 05 November 2017 in Illkirch-Graffenstaden (67 - France) a few kilometers from Strasbourg. The hotel is provided with the Hotel Campanile Strasbourg Sud - 20 Rue de l'Ill, 67118 Geispolsheim. it is located just 1.3 km from the exhibition in the Hall of the pigeon club Illkirch-Graffenstaden rue Wolfley F-67400 IllkirchGraffenstaden. At the same time, the French owl Club organizes its France championship. All breeds of frill pigeons as well as Chinese owl are welcome! Judges receive different prizes to be distributed. This exhibition takes place in the framework of a special Owl pigeons exhibition organized by the French Frill Club in the Hall of the Pigeon Club of Illkich. The exhibition is organized in accordance with applicable regulations of SCAF and provided by the French Frill Club. This regulation shall be consultable on the website of the association. Each participant recognizes by registering for the event that they take notice of and comply with the regulations. Never the Pigeon Club of Illkirch or the Club Français des pigeons Cravatés (French Frill Club) cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation in case of force majeure.

Judgment: The judgment will take place on Saturday 04 November 2017 from 08H00 Openings to the public: The exhibition will be open on Saturday 04 November 2017 from 14H00 to 19H00 and on Sunday 05 November 2017 from 09H00 to 13H00. The Animals delogement will begin on Sunday 05 November 2017 from 13H00 The exhibitor must provide the organizer with the valid vaccination certificates (PMV) Otherwise, the animals cannot be caged Evening of the breeders: Only by reservation, Saturday, November 5th at 7:45 pm there will be an evening of Breeders with awards ceremony. Sale: All exposed pigeon are offered for sale via the registration form the seller gives 10% to the organization. There will be a sales and exchange where you can rent a cage at 2 € / cage. (Max 2 pigeons / cage) Security: Night surveillance will be provided by the organizer. No animal can leave the exhibition room from Friday 3rd to Sunday to 5th November before 1pm without the agreement of the Commissioner of the exhibition. Rewards / Awards: - Each exhibitor of pigeons receives a memory plate. - Reward in Euros: Each judge has € 12 per 10 subjects at his disposal Attribute to the pigeons he will choose. - Each champion EMC and Champion of France will be present in the gallery will receive a photo / diploma. EMC - The best short-necked pigeon of each judge receives a band of honor of the EMC and enters the gallery of honor.
