How to book To book a pitch or accommodation, please return the duly completed rental contract together with the prepayment, booking costs and, if applicable, the bookingcancellation guarantee, to “Les Méditerranées” Campsite Village (stating your chosen quarter).
On receipt of the completed documents, we will send confirmation of your booking. We advise you to rent in advance. Places are attributed without discrimination in the order the bookings are recorded. At all times, we will do everything to satisfy your request.

1. All reservations are strictly personal and may not be transferred: The campsite management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any refund if the persons that present themselves at the campsite are not those stated in the contract. The booking only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of your duly completed rental contract together with your deposit and booking costs. 2. Pitch rentals: a) Pitches are rented from 12:00pm to 12:00pm (12h00 to 12h00) and must be occupied before 8:00pm (20h00). The stay must be paid for in full at the time of arrival. b) The stay must run from Saturday to Saturday from 05/07 to 23/08 included. c) The maximum number of tenants must never be exceeded (6 people). 3. Accommodation rentals: a) Accommodation is rented from 5:00pm to 12:00pm (17h00 to 12h00) and must be occupied before 8:00pm (20h00). The stay must run from Saturday to Saturday between 10/05 and 24/05 and between 21/06 and 06/09 included. b) The stay must be paid for in full one month before the date of arrival. If we do not receive payment by this date, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. c) The maximum number of tenants must never be exceeded (6 people). d) Animals and additional tents are strictly prohibited. e) You will be asked to pay a deposit of 150 euros on arrival (credit cards are not accepted). It guarantees the loss, damage or breakage of the equipment and cleanliness of the premises. It will be returned to you on departure following the final inventory, after the cost of any possible recorded damage has been deducted. You carry out final cleaning. If the management deems necessary, or if you wish it, cleaning may be carried out by us. You will then be invoiced a fixed price of 80 €. Dishes are not included in this fixed price. f) Departures must take place on the Saturday between 8:00am and 12:00pm (08h00 and 12h00). People wishing to leave the day before must vacate the premises before 7:00pm (19h00). In any case, an appointment must be made at the reception the day before your departure for the final inventory. These appointments are generally made at quarter-hour intervals (not all families may leave at the same time). There may be no departure outside these times and without the presence of a responsible person. 4. No-show: Without a written message from the tenant stating the postponement of his arrival, his booking arrangement will remain available until 12:00pm the following day. This then becomes available once again to the campsite. Telephone messages will not be accepted. No reduction will be accorded in the event of a late arrival or an early departure. 5. The management reserves the right to change the allocation of the attributed booking. 6. Cancellation without guarantee: In the event of cancellation without guarantee: · More than 30 days before the date of stay: the campsite will retain the deposit. · Less than 30 days before the date of stay: the campsite will retain 100% of the price of the stay. 7. Cancellation guarantee: It is possible to take out an optional cancellation guarantee, payable at the time of your booking. For pitches: a fixed sum of 20 € for the whole stay; it includes the refund of your deposit excluding the booking costs. For accommodation: a fixed sum of 20 € per week of stay (even if your stay lasts less than one week); it includes the refund of the amounts to be paid to book your stay, after fixed cancellation costs of 60 € have been deducted. Conditions of the cancellation guarantee: Refund will take place on presentation of proof for cancellation due to the following events: Accident, serious illness, hospitalisation or decease of the insured or husband/wife, direct descendants or ascendants; serious damage, requiring the presence of the insured on the day of departure, due to fire, theft or natural disaster affecting the insured's home; redundancy of the insured or his wife. The cancellation guarantee ceases to be effective on the date of arrival stated on the contract and will not come into operation if one of the above stated events takes place during the stay. All started stays are to be totally paid. 8. All guests must abide by the campsite regulations. Vehicles are not permitted to enter or leave the campsite from 11:00pm to 7:00am (23h00 to 7h00). 9. Guests and additional services must be declared and paid at the reception. 10. The reception team will put an identifying wristband on each person's wrist on arrival. It must be visibly worn on your wrist throughout the campsite during your stay, to help prevent access to the campsite to any unauthorized person who may cause disturbance. 11. In the event of dispute, the only competent courts are located in Béziers.
