OULEMENT DE The progress of the tournament: The reception and the check-in of the competitors will take place from 9 am to 10 am. Every competitors will receive a « competitor's number » for the duration of the tournament. The number will be used for the identification for th duration of the tournament and will allow the draw at the begining of each divisions. Tricks fees : 10 euros and a medical certificate or a martial art licence.
At the begining of each division, every competitors will be called at the « central table » for a draw. If a competitor doesn't show up during the draw of his division, he will be disqualified. For each division, every competitor will only do ONE form to get his final score. At the begining of the check-in ( from 9 am to 10 am) the DJ will takes your music ( Cd's, USB, SD card etc...NO ipod will be allowed). Your music will be put into the computer in the folder for your categories, so you can stay focus on your performances, The organization guarantees that every folders will be deleted at the end of the tournament.
Tournament's rules: The tournament will be held under the FFAMAA's rules. Website: www.vikings-open.fr.st et www.ffamaa.fr.
A copy of the rules will be given at the tournament. A competitor must have read the rules and agree with his content through his participation at the tournament. The competitor declares to hold a medical certificate to compete in a martial arts tournament , valid on the day of the competition. For minors, parental authorization is required to participate at the competition. The competitor declares to be advised of the risks inherent to the practice of the competition. He states that he won't sue the promoters of the competition, avoiding any action against them for theft, injury, any damage occurred inside the venue of the competition. He authorizes any use of his image by any means of reproduction including for commercial purposes. All money paid won't be refunded.
