FEATURE EMPLOYER Demonstrating that mentorship programs work for businesses of all sizes, Pro Insul has been working with NB-MAP to train their core workforce in effective mentorship since this winter. This small employer has shown a big commitment to on-the-job mentorship, partnering with Heat and Frost Insulators Local 131 and even including their top management in the mentor training. We look forward to working with some of their team to get them certified as Master Mentors in the future!

EMPLOYEUR VEDETTE Pro Insul en collaboration avec PMA-NB a formé leur main-d’œuvre de base dans le mentorat efficace depuis cet hiver. Ils démontrent ainsi que le programme de mentorat peut fonctionner pour une compagnie de toute taille. Ce petit employeur a illustré un grand engagement au mentorat en milieu de travail en s’associant avec le Local 131 de Calorifugeurs Chaleur et Froid et en incluant leur équipe de gestionnaires dans la formation. Nous avons hâte de continuer ce partenariat en certifiant des membres de leur équipe à titre de Maître Mentor dans le futur !
