Dear Partner, The 2016 Bob Young Invitational Tournament was a phenomenal success with some remarkable golf being witnessed by all in attendance. With expectations of another great turn-out of out-of-town golfers, we are in preparation for the 19th anniversary (46th year) of the tournament, in pursuit of a fun-filled weekend for our players and guests. We would like to invite you to become a partner of the upcoming 2017 Bob Young Invitational. All partners will receive recognition during the event and receive an excellent return on investment. Enclosed is a package that outlines the various levels of partnership and the corresponding recognition. All levels of partnership come with a complimentary golf package (valued at over $250) that includes; steak dinner on Saturday night, beverage tickets, two (2) green fee tickets, two (2) Men’s/Ladies night passes, a golf shirt and a 2’ x 2’ sign with you company logo displayed in the clubhouse throughout the tournament and for the duration of the 2017 season. Cher partenaire, Notre tournoi par invitation Bob Young fût un succès en 2017. Si vous avez eu la chance d’y être, il y a du golf de haut niveau à voir et cela, à chaque année. Nous espérons voir plus de participants en 2017, qu’ils viennent d’ici ou de l’extérieur, nous sommes en mode préparation pour la 19ième version (46 ième année) du tournoi. Notre objectif demeure en tout temps: créer des souvenirs inoubliables pour tous. Nous vous invitons d’être un de nos partenaires pour le tournoi de 2017. Au cours de l’événement, on reconnaîtra la participation de tous les partenaires; ils recevront ainsi un excellent retour sur leur investissement. Vous trouverez, ci-joint, une trousse dans laquelle on donne un aperçu des différents niveaux de partenariat et des reconnaissances correspondantes. Tous les niveaux recevront un forfait golf, qui inclut: une chemise de golf avec le sigle du tournoi, un repas BBQ (« steak ») le samedi soir et ainsi que quelques consommations de votre choix. Bien sûr, nous espérons toujours, que la météo soit au rendez-vous. Vous recevrez également 2 frais de jeu gratuits et 2 passes droits pour jouer dans la soirée des hommes ou dames pendant la saison de golf 2016. Finalement, une affiche avec votre nom d’entreprise et sigle seront accrochés dans la salle de banquet pour toute la saison.
