Davy Bergier, music as a pictured story D B is a musician who has a list of credits that extends across a decade. Issued from from a school classical education since his childhood, he had met the people who extended him to the worldwide music culture. All is activiies are linked to the music and video, he’s impassioned. Davy who produces and sings, in addition to doing the bulk of his duties on guitar, keyboards, drums and bass, has played for many records on records by Squeegee, Djam & Fam, Stéphane Pompougnac, Urban Species or Jimmy Cliff. With significant foundation for a jazz funk family called Da Fonk System (a french collective band of insane and funny personalities) he was one of foundator, also for the project jazz & hiphop called Ça (simply translated to THAT in English). Supported by a prompt success and linked with Florent Prabel (Squeegee’s producer) together they have released many remixes on their own label - Tubbe Entertainment in Paris through Mercury Records and Universal Publishing Fce, for Djam & Fam, Patrick Juvet, Urban Species, Texas, Jimmy Cliff, and alone for a french singer Bazbaz & the french jazz pianist Thierry Maillard. Inventive, perfectionist and energetic…it’s difficult to do not note these characteristics from his work, obsessed, a compulsive musician, addicted of work, his sensibility had crossed the japanese culture and its perfection side. Also Davy had developed naturaly in his music a deep sense of humour, surrealism through a visual sense of melody and rhythms, he’s seeing the music. Following his work for french TV, in 2005 Davy Bergier had launched with partners a new publishing company : Only Music SARL.
