RESEARCH INTERESTS My current research interests are mostly focused on Quaternary climate and experimental biogeochemistry. My current main interests are: the reconstruction of past variations in the intensity of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation using (231Pa/230Th)xs,0, the reconstruction of paleo-fluxes in the Pacific using 230Th-normalization, (231Pa/230Th)xs,0 and Pb isotopes as a tracer for terrigenous sediment sources. I have developed an experimental approach to better understand the cycle of Zn, Fe and Cu in surface systems like coccolithophores and seawater and plants and soils. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Maître de conférences, École normale supérieure de Lyon, France (since December 2004) Marie Curie Research Associate, Dept of Earth Sciences, University of Oxford, UK (August 2003 December 2004) Guest investigator, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, USA (September 2003 - August 2004) Field campaign consultant, Mount Erebus, Antarctica (November - December 2002) Postdoctoral researcher, Max Planck Institut fuer Chemie, Dept of geochemistry, Mainz, Germany (November 2001 - July 2003) EDUCATION Ph.D., École normale supérieure de Lyon, France, 23/11/2001. Magistère de Sciences de la Terre (Licence 1995, Maîtrise 1996, DEA 1997, equivalent to B.Sc. and M.Sc.), École normale supérieure de Lyon and Université Grenoble 1, France.
