J.G. Bauzin being a member of the S.A.C.E.M., you will have to settle with this organisation (or of the organisation of the country of the representation) the rights of execution of this work, on the conditions and in the statutory limits of this organisation. 2. The rent price of the material of the POEM FOR ALTO SAXOPHONE AND ORCHESTRA is 900 €, this price corresponding to the rent of the material of orchestra for a period of 1 year As from the date of establishment of the contract. It does not take into account the right of public representations. The tenant will have to pay 80€ for each concert according to the modalities foreseen in the article 14. The tenant will have to inform the association of each representation before the foreseen date. 3. Renewal of the agreement: When the contract falls due at the end of one year, it will be possible to renew the agreement without that the tenant has to release 900 € of annual rent. For that purpose, the number of representations foreseen during a new year has to be at least 5. A new rental agreement will then be established. In that case, the tenant will have to pay 150€ for each concert. The demand of renewal must be made at the latest 2 months before the expiration of the contract. The association reserves the right not to accept the renewal of the agreement.

4. The Association. BAUZIN makes a commitment to replace at the expense of the tenant any scores damaged on simple demand. The cost of the replacement that is fixed to the article 7. 5. Orchestral material may used only by those persons or organisations to whom it has been let out on hire. 6. The hirer accepts responsibility for all hired material an may neither lend, not let out on hire, nor dispose of the same material to anyone whatsoever without the written authorisation of the P.P. BAUZIN Association. 7. Copies must be treated with all reasonable care and be returned in good condition immediately after the performance or performances agreed upon. Any note of repetition must be erased after utilisation. Any damage or lost material will be invoiced 4 € the A3 first side reverse page. 8. All copies must be returned at the hirer’s expense, carefully packed, by the safest and quickest route at the address of the president of the association: Jean-Gabriel Bauzin, 7 rue Buffon, 75005 Paris France 9. Copyright (Association Of Composers And Music Publishers To Protect Copyright And Royalties, SACD, BMI, ASCAP etc.) are not included in the price of rent and are the responsibility of the organizer of the concert. 10. The right of public execution which is granted to you by S.A.C.E.M., as well as the right of use of the material which is granted to you by the P.P. BAUZIN Association are given to you. They are not exclusive and are subjected to the other rights of public execution, broadcasting, television, mechanical and internet reproduction etc., this enumeration not being restrictive and including all other rights present and to come. 11. Mechanical reproduction, or broadcast performance by wireless, or any means by which the work may be heard other than by those present at the actual place of performance, or any public performance of the work except in its original form, is strictly forbidden without first obtaining the written consent of the P.P. BAUZIN Association. 12. P.P. BAUZIN Association authorizes the organizer or the performer to record the concert in a private capacity, without later broadcasting. In that case, the Association will receive a copy of this recording intended for our archives. 13. The organizer undertakes to send to P.P. BAUZIN Association two copies of the program of concerts, intended for archives. 14. The present convention will be valid only in reception by P.P. BAUZIN Association of the complete payment added at the shipment costs of 36 €, either 936 €, accompanied with tow exemplary of the present convention duly signed.
