Rental cost: 25% of the total cost, corresponding to …................ Euros, must be sent along in cash or using check with 2 signed copies of the contract registered post within 1 week of the reservation. The outstanding amount, corresponding to ….................. Euros, to be paid on arrival. If not, the contract is not valid. Cancellation: Registered letter only, no email. After your reservation, your deposit will be lost, if you then decide to cancel. If you cancel 45 days or less before arrival you must pay the full amount. There is no reduction for a shortend stay. If you are delayed from the given arrival time please contact us. Should you arrive 24 hours later than given arrival time and don’t contact us your reservation will be cancelled. Inventory and cleaning: The Inventory list must be checked when you arrive and depart. If you choose to clean the house yourself before departure you may but it must be left in a satisfactory condition. The fridge must be defrosted, cleaned and turned off. We ask that you inform us of the option to clean the house yourself 3 days before departure so that we can notify the cleaning lady (additional
35 Euros). Deposit: There is a further 150€ deposit to pay on arrival in the event of any breakages or damage to the property. This deposit will be returned within one week of your departure.
