Registration :
Fencers and referees must be registered on the European Fencing Confederation’s website. http://www.eurofencing.info/ Not later than Friday, November 19 2010 before midnight.
Formula :
According to E. F. C. rules. Subject to changes.
Equipment Control :
Saturday, November 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m. at Palais des sports Blv J. Granthil If unable to attend on Saturday, control and registration will take place on Sunday 28 to 7:00 a.m. Entry Fee : 15€.

Referees :
Foreign federation must provide referees following ranges below: - 1 - 4 fencers: no referee - 5 - 9 fencers : 1 referee - 10 - 15 fencers : 2 referees - 16 - 20 fencers: 3 referees Failure quota will be punished by 300 €.
