Julien rose to the challenge when he pioneered the graduate level exchange between the McColl Graduate School of Business and his home institution, IECS, in Strasbourg, France. He brought a fresh and unique perspective to all of his classes at the McColl School. His work was always very thoughtfully prepared and his ideas were dynamic and visionary.
