Declaration Article 7 of the Internal Regulations of CIOFF states the conditions for a CIOFF Festival (copy attached). CIOFF has also produced Guidelines for International Folklore Festivals. On behalf of the Festival, the undersigned person (named above) declares that he/she understands and accepts the conditions of a CIOFF Festival given in the InternaI Regulations, and is able to fulfil them. The undersigned person also declares that they have read the Guidelines for International Folklore Festivals, and will endeavour to follow the Guidelines.
