ELIGIBILITY: The Mary Kay® Hostess Contest “We can Party” (“Promotion”) is offered and open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Corporate employees, officers and directors of Mary Kay Cosmetics Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, contractors, and agents and those individuals/entities engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this Contest and persons in the immediate family of (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in their same household (whether or not related) as any person in any of the preceding categories are not eligible to enter (collectively referred to herein as the “Contest Entities”); Those who are Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants (“Consultants”) at time of entry are not eligible to enter by, through or on their own behalf. An Entrant in this Promotion may, during the Promotion Period, become a new Consultant; by doing so, Entrant’s status as a Consultant will neither affect nor influence her entry in any respect. Unless otherwise excluded herein above. 2. PROMOTION PERIOD: All times referenced herein are Eastern Time (ET). Sponsor administrator’s server/computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Promotion starts on or about on th st August 16 , 2017, and ends on or about December 31 2017 (“Promotion Period”). ENTRY PERIOD: All entries must be received by Sponsor between 8:00 a.m. ET on September 1 2017, through 2:00am ET on st October 1 , 2017 (“Entry Period”). DRAW PERIOD: Eligible Finalist entries as a whole will be

drawn on or around October 15th, 2017 (”Entry Draw Period”). 3. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning August 16, 2017 and during the Entry Period: (Step 1) Reach out to your Independent Beauty Consultant to host a Mary Kay party with 3 or more of your friends & family; Host 1 party and you will earn a ballot to have your name entered into a draw to win One Grand Prize. The more parties you host, the more ballots you will receive toward the grand prize draw. For this promotion, parties may start August 16th, 2017 but are not eligible to enter into the contest until September 1st, 2017. (Step 2) Within 24 hours after hosting your party, submit your entry by uploading your party photos, details and basic information. To qualify, each party must consist of 3 or more adult party guest. A photo of the party must be uploaded, pictured with the Hostess, Consultant and at least 3 adult party guests. REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY MATERIALS: Photographs submitted and must not contain any third party’s intellectual property (trademarks, logos, trade names). All photo’s must consist of 3 or more party guest, the Consultant and the Hostess for a minimum of 5 persons in the photo. Entries must contain a fully completed Entry Form and Photographs to be eligible for the Promotion; incomplete Entries will be immediately disqualified. Parties held before September 1, 2017, but on or after August 16th, 2017 are eligible to participate in this contest, but cannot add entries before September 1st, 2017. Entries that do not include the name or that include an incorrect or untraceable name of an Independent Beauty Consultant will be disqualified. If requested by Sponsor, entrant must be able to provide additional proof of the identity of the Independent Beauty Consultant who facilitated the party. Limit one (1) Entry per party. Proof that you uploaded an Entry does not constitute proof or evidence that it was received within the Promotion Period or that it is eligible for the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right without notice to disqualify and/or remove any Entry in whole or in part for any reason within its sole and absolute discretion if it believes the Entry is not in the spirit of the Promotion or is not compliant with these rules, or will have a detrimental impact on Sponsor, this Promotion, or any of Sponsor’s brands, products or services. PRIZE DRAW CRITERIA: Eligible Entries posted on mymkparty.ca site will be subject to one ballot entry per party hosted, entered with all pertinent information required and photo uploaded including the Hostess, Consultant and 3 party guests. Any attempt at fraud, misuse, will disqualify all Party entrants. 6. WINNER DRAW: One ballot rewarded per party entered. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from all eligible Entries in accordance with these Contest Official Rules and will be required to correctly answer a four-part mathematical skill-testing question prior to prize award(s). 7. GRAND PRIZE: All prize awards are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. One Grand Prize: (1) Vacation voucher from Peerless Travel (valued at $1,500 CAD). Party Attendees of the Grand Prize winner will be awarded One (1) prize valued at $50 retail, limit of 5 attendee prizes per party: Ted Baker London cosmetic case. All prize awards are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. ARV of Grand Prize: $1500. ARV of maximum 5 Party Attendee Prizes: $250. In lieu of taking the vacation voucher listed above, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving the cash value of the Grand Prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $1625.00. Limit one (1) Party attendee prize and one (1) Grand Prize Subject to verification of eligibility, all prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible Entries are received. No transfer, assignment or substitution of prize (in whole or in part), except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or element thereof, of equal or greater value. If the Grand Prize and Party Attendee Winners choose the prize items listed above, approximately two (2) – six (6) weeks following the completion of the Affidavit of Eligibility Liability and Publicity Release, Grand Prize winners, will be contacted by Peerless Travel to arrange final prize details including but not limited to travel dates, travel bookings, cash prizing, etc… The Grand Prize must be used by October 1, 2018. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event of noncompliance, if an Entrant becomes noncompliant or ineligible during the Promotion Period, or if a potential Finalist and/or potential winner cannot be reached using the information provided on their Entry, or if a winner fails to timely return or properly complete any requested release documents, it will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate Finalist and/or potential winner will be drawn. Unclaimed, unredeemed, undeliverable, returned or forfeited prizes will be awarded to the next eligible contestant.
