Jon, You have put me into a such a bad position with my business as you always send the VAT returns last minute. I am very disappointed and I will put in a formal complaint as you did not deliver the services we were paying for and I will require a refund! Also please provide our new accountant with all the relevant information as soon possible as its seem that you have not done it yet!
