BONUS POOLS 2% Premier Pool: Represents two percent of 4Life’s monthly LP and is established for the benefit of International Diamonds and Gold International Diamonds. The Pool is paid out on the 15th of the month following the bonus period. One-half of the amount paid through the Pool is paid on a pro rata basis based on shares earned. Each month a distributor qualifies as an International Diamond, one share of the pool will be earned. Each month a distributor qualifies as a Gold International Diamond, two shares of the pool will be earned. The remaining half of the amount paid through the Premier Pool is paid on a pro rata basis based upon monthly Paid-on Volume of the eligible distributors. Paid-on Volume represents the LP in your organization upon which you receive commissions. 1% Platinum Pool: The Platinum Pool represents one percent of 4Life’s monthly LP and is equally distributed among qualified Platinum International Diamonds each month.

Compression: Levels (or generations) that fail to qualify toward commissions due to lack of order activity cause the next higher qualifying level to be rolled up to the ineligible level and be paid at the ineligible level’s commission. To avoid compression, all levels must qualify for commission by ordering at least 50 LP for the month.

Downline: Preferred Customers and distributors below a particular distributor.

Frontline: A distributor that has been enrolled at the first level of the enrolling distributor’s line.

continue to be paid until interrupted by another distributor of like position or higher. Thus, 4Life’s Life Rewards Plan continues to reward ou well beyond 10 levels. This unique aspect of the Life Rewards Plan can far exceed the payout depth of other network marketing companies.

HELPFUL TERMS

Enroller: A distributor who personally recruits another distributor and places the new distributor in his or her downline. The Enroller of a new distributor may also be the new distributor’s Sponsor.

4Life’s Infinity Bonuses

Infinity Pass-Through: Qualified Presidential Diamonds and above are guaranteed 12% on their 4th generation. 12% commission will continue below the 4th generation until it is interrupted by a Diamond or higher. When the pass through is interrupted by a Diamond, the difference between what the Diamond and Presidential Diamond are entitled to (6%) passes through to the Presidential Diamond.

Life Points (LP): Every commissionable 4Life Product is assigned a Life Point value. Distributor commissions are based on the total point value of products sold by each distributor and his or her organization. Organizational volume: The Life Points beginning with a distributor and continuing to the bottom of his/her downline. Payout: The income or payment paid to a distributor; may be commission or a bonus payment. Personal Life Points: The Life Points generated under a distributor’s personal ID number. There is no requirement for a distributor to personally purchase any product under 4Life’s Life Rewards Plan because Personal Life Points include the orders placed under the distributor’s personal account by or on behalf of the distributor’s retail customers, as well as purchases the distributor makes for his or her personal and family use. Qualified “like” position: A qualified distributor position in a downline with a rank equal to or greater than the topline distributor. Sponsor: A distributor to whom a new recruit is placed “frontline.” Volume: The amount of Life Points ordered in a line or organization and/or by an independent distributor, typically calculated on a monthly basis.

**Legs must be separate and have at least one distributor at the indicated rank or higher. Qualifying distributors in the legs do not have to be frontline. The RioVida Way 15
