LES RENDEZ-VOUS DES MÉDIAS Projections presse de la Sélection officielle
Les séances réservées à la presse des films de la Sélection officielle sont accessibles aux journalistes par priorité de carte et dans la limite des places disponibles. Nous vous invitons à vérifier chaque jour avec le programme quotidien distribué au service de Presse et dans les casiers de presse les horaires des projections ainsi que les modalités d’accès.
Projections de la Quinzaine des Réalisateurs et de la Semaine de la Critique
Le badge Presse vous permet d’assister aux projections des sections parallèles, dans la limite des places disponibles.
Projections du Marché du Film
Les badges Presse ne donnent pas accès aux projections du Marché du Film, sauf si la société qui réserve la projection en a fait la demande. Reportez-vous aux informations données par le Daily Screening Program du Marché du Film.
Conférences de presse
(niveau +3) L’accès aux conférences de presse des films en Sélection officielle est exclusivement réservé aux journalistes accrédités, par priorité de carte et dans la limite des places disponibles. Toutes les conférences de presse de la Sélection officielle sont retransmises (en français et en anglais) sur TV Festival de Cannes. Les équipes techniques sont invitées à se présenter 30 minutes avant les conférences et à s’installer en fond de salle sur les praticables (trépied obligatoire). Se renseigner de manière quotidienne auprès du Service de presse audiovisuelle, pour certaines conférences de presse qui nécessitent un sur-badge complémentaire. Toute exploitation commerciale de ces images est strictement interdite, cette exploitation ayant été consentie de manière exclusive à CANAL+ et Orange.
Marches Rouges
(Grand Théâtre Lumière) Pour les montées de Marches des séances de Gala, les télévisions accréditées qui le souhaitent doivent s’inscrire entre 10h et 11h30 auprès du Service de presse audiovisuelle afin d’obtenir, dans la limite des places disponibles, une autorisation d’accès aux emplacements réservés. Toute exploitation commerciale de ces images est strictement interdite, cette exploitation ayant été consentie de manière exclusive à CANAL+ et Orange.
Photocall
(Terrasse Riviera) Le photocall accueille les équipes des films en Compétition. Des emplacements sont réservés aux photographes accrédités suivant l’importance du média et la disponibilité des places. TV Festival est la seule télévision autorisée. Renseignements et inscriptions auprès du Service de presse audiovisuelle.
Terrasse ITW audiovisuelle
(niveau +3 Vue Port de Cannes / Suquet) Un espace d’interviews est à disposition de la presse audiovisuelle accréditée. Les interviews audiovisuelles doivent se réaliser en mono-caméra. Pour un dispositif plus important (émission, tournage multi-caméra), merci d’anticiper votre demande. Réservation obligatoire auprès du Service de presse audiovisuelle : +33 (0)4 92 99 83 89
LES SERVICES WiFi Café
(niveau +3) Le WiFi Café, situé à côté de la salle de conférences de presse, accueille les journalistes de 9h à 23h, du mardi 10 au dimanche 22 mai. Les journalistes pourront bénéficier d’une connexion WiFi gratuite et illimitée mise à disposition par Orange. Le WiFi Café propose un espace Plug-and-Play pour la transmission de données, et accueille des services proposés par Osmose aux journalistes et photographes accrédités, du tirage des photographies à leur diffusion.
Salle de presse
(niveau +1 – accès entre les foyers Debussy et Lumière) La salle de presse, équipée par HP de microordinateurs dotés de logiciels bureautiques, est à la disposition des journalistes du mardi 10 au dimanche 22 mai de 9h à 23h. Les stations de travail sont raccordées au réseau Internet. Un personnel multilingue se tient à votre disposition pour vous conseiller et vous aider dans l’utilisation de ces différents moyens de télécommunication.
Casiers de presse
(niveau +3 – Rue intérieure) Près de 1 800 casiers de presse sont à disposition des journalistes. Le badge Presse commande l’ouverture du casier de son bénéficiaire lui donnant accès à la documentation, distribuée en français ou en anglais.
Radio France
(niveau -1 – allée 09) Radio France assure la distribution des sons des conférences de presse aux médias accrédités (extraits audio des films en Sélection officielle).
Transport Cannes – Nice
Le Festival organise un transport gratuit pour la presse accréditée. Retour Cannes – aéroport de Nice : les 20, 21, 22 et 23 mai de 7h à 19h. Le titre de transport est à retirer pour la presse écrite et digitale, web média et agences de presse au bureau de Céline Rostagno dès le jeudi 19 mai à 15h, pour la presse audiovisuelle (TV, radio, photo, agence de presse audiovisuelle, web média audio) auprès de Joris Gasté.
INFORMATION TV Festival de Cannes
(zone média – niveau -1 – allée 08) TV Festival de Cannes, coproduite par CANAL+, Orange et le Festival de Cannes, couvre les montées des Marches, les conférences de presse, les photocalls et les interviews ainsi que les événements officiels. Diffusée en français et en anglais dans le Palais et des hôtels de la Croisette, elle est également disponible sur le web via YouTube et Dailymotion ainsi que sur le site officiel du Festival de Cannes. Vous pourrez retrouver l’ensemble de la TV du Festival sur la chaîne n°29 de la TV d’Orange et la chaîne n°35 des offres Canal.

Le Quotidien donne les horaires des projections de la Sélection officielle du jour et du lendemain et des sections parallèles du jour. Il est disponible la veille à partir de 16h dans tout le Palais, au Riviera et aux Points Info.

THE MEDIA MEETINGS Press screenings of the Official Selection
The press screenings are reserved for journalists on the basis of their accreditation card category and according to the number of available seats. We invite you to double-check every day the program and access conditions using the daily screening schedule distributed at the Press Office and in the press boxes.
Screenings of the Director’s Fortnight and La Semaine de la Critique
The Press badge is sufficient to attend the screenings of sidebars within the limits of seats available.
Screenings of the Marché du Film
Press badges do not grant access to Marché screenings, unless the company that booked the screening has requested it. Please refer to the information given in the Marché du Film’s Daily Screening Program.
Press conferences
(level +3) The press conferences for the films in the Official Selection are exclusively reserved for accredited journalists on the basis of their accreditation card category and according to the availability of seats. All the press conferences of the films in the Official Selection are broadcasted (in French and in English) on TV Festival de Cannes. Technical crews are asked to come 30 minutes before the press conferences and settle down at the back of the press conference room on the gantries provided (a tripod is compulsory). No access to the press conference room while they are in progress. Some press conferences require an additional access pass. To know if a conference requires a special authorization, you have to inquire to the Audiovisual Press Office. Any use in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever of any video recording is strictly prohibited, the exploitation of the images having been granted exclusively to CANAL+ and Orange.

(Grand Théâtre Lumière) For Gala Screenings, accredited television companies may sign up between 10am and 11.30am at the Audiovisual Press Office, to get authorization to access the reserved spots for filming, according to the number of available places. Any use in any manner and for any commercial purpose whatsoever of any video recording is strictly prohibited, the exploitation of the images having been granted exclusively to CANAL+ and Orange.
Photocall
(Riviera Terrace) The photocall welcomes crews of the films in compétition. A limited number of spots for the photocall will be reserved depending on the importance of the media or the outlet and the number of available spots. TV Festival is the only television allowed. Please inquire and register at the Audiovisual Press Office.
Audiovisual ITW Terrace
(level +3 – Cannes’s harbor view / Suquet) Several interview sets will be available to accredited broadcasting media. Interviews need to be done with a mono camera. FACILITIES WiFi Café
(level +3) The WiFi Café, located next to the press conference room, will accommodate the journalists from 9am to 11pm from Tuesday, May 10th till Sunday, May 22th. The journalists will enjoy a free and unlimited WiFi connexion provided by Orange. The WiFi Café will also offer a Plug-and-Play space in order to transmit data and will have room for the services provided by Osmose to the accredited journalists and photographers, from the printing of the photographs to their distribution.

(level +1 – between the Debussy and Lumière halls) The press room, equipped by HP with computers, modems and printers, is available from Tuesday, May, 10th to Saturday, May 22th from 9am to 11pm. Workstations are connected to the Internet network. A multilingual staff will be there to advise and help you use those different means of communications.
(level +3 – Rue intérieure) About 1,800 press boxes are available for the journalists. Press boxes are directly accessible with the Press badge and contain the documentation in French or in English.
Radio France
(level -1 – aisle 09) Radio France will provide audio content from press conferences and audio excerpts of the films in the Official Selection to the accredited medias.
Transportation Cannes – Nice
The Festival will set up a free transportation service reserved to the accredited press. Cannes – Nice airport, on May 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd from 7am to 7pm. Please collect your shuttle voucher at the Press Office for print and digital press, web mediaoutlets and press agencies, at Céline Rostagno’s office, from Thursday, May 19th, starting at 3pm. For the audiovisual press (TV, radio, photo, audiovisual press agency, and web media), collect it at the Audiovisual Press Office with Joris Gasté.

(media zone – level -1 – aisle 08) TV Festival de Cannes co-produced by CANAL+, Orange and the Festival de Cannes, covers the Red Carpet, the press conferences, the photocalls and interviews, as well as official events. Broadcasted in French and English throughout the Palais complex and in hotels along the Croisette, it will also be available on the web on YouTube and Dailymotion, as well as on the official website of the Festival de Cannes.
