NOUVEAU COMPOSANT PROXIMAL DEGRESSIF (4 MM) FREEFLO * Avec Valiant dans le monde depuis 9 ans / Product Detail Report - février 2015. Valiant Captivia est un dispositif de classe III, fabriqué par Medtronic, Inc. - CE n°0086. Il est destiné au traitement des pathologies de l’aorte thoracique descendante, y compris, sans toutefois s’y limiter, les anévrysmes et les dissections. L’endoprothèse thoracique Valiant est indiquée pour l’exclusion de l’anévrysme, la fausse lumière ou le site de rupture et de restauration de la circulation sanguine par la lumière de l’endoprothèse. Le dispositif est destiné à une utilisation chez les patients candidats à une intervention chirurgicale conventionnelle et chez ceux qui ne sont pas candidats à une telle intervention en raison de facteurs de risque pré-existants.
