PRT 03/04 - 06 Air pressure sensors, 1.0 / 2.5 bar absolute The PRT xx series devices are high-accuracy and reliability analogue absolute pressure sensors. Each pressure sensor exploits the piezoresistive properties of silicon devices. The sensing element is a Wheatstone bridge located on a mechanically-shaped silicon chip. A thick film hybrid circuit for signal amplifying is included in the same package. The same circuitry provides thermal compensation and noise reduction. These active devices are housed in hermetically sealed plastic protective casings.
